I am a big fan of noodles and company. However, yesterday I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at a noodles and company. The staff at the Portage store on Westnedge Avenue was phenomenal from the front counter to the dining room. I will definitely be back.

I love noodles & company! This location is typically pretty consistent, and we order from here regularly. The one time they really messed up my order, I sent them feedback, and they immediately wrote me a very nice email and gave me a refund.

Great food. Very patient employees. We had one student from Spain, one student from Poland and two students with Celiac's Disease. She took her time and made sure that everyone got exactly what they wanted.

The girls enjoyed their Mac & cheese. Looked very creamy. I had the Pad Thai and I wouldn't order this again. It didn't taste like Thai and the noodles weren't like the pad Thai I've had from authentic Chinese/ Vietnamese restaurants. I would go back for an Alfredo etc. To try. Service was pleasant.

I was disappointed. Not horrible, but I can do better at home. The whole point of going out is to get food that is entertaining, so why spend five times as much for mediocre dishes.
