Honestly, I don't do McDonald's but today I did. The door was locked so we didn't go in. I met my brother here today and thought it would be nice to go in and have a coffee together. I don't know if they let anyone in. Sent through the drive through and say in the car. Oh well.

I don't know how they can really think it's fair to have just 2 people when there's a long line of customers AND people ordering online. Waiting 30 minutes for food I ordered ahead of time is unacceptable for a chain that's been in business for so many years. I hope the order is correct this time.

This place can not be any slower. They had my order wrong even after I repeated my order twice. When they got my order, two mcchickens didn’t have anything on them. Meaning no lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup etc. Employee don’t know how to work here. ( Bathroom mirror shows how dirty their “cleaning” is.)

Not bad. Except one time, they only gave me 10 chicken nuggets while I ordered the 20 piece. I called and they said they would get the other 10 ready. My dad drove back there to get it. He came back pretty upset, saying that the worker was rude and acted like we lied to him about it

Our order was wrong, the gentleman before us had his order wrong. The crew yelling back and forth to each other dropping f bombs along the way . Once they started working and not yelling it was very good

Stopped in on a Saturday morning, drive thru was very busy but we went inside to eat. The young gentleman in charge was doing a phenomenal job of managing the small staff, encouraging and complimenting them on the good work they were doing. He kept checking with the one gal preparing food to make sure she was doing okay or if she needed help. Amazing job done by the staff there this morning, lots of communication and teamwork. I was very impressed with this young group working together.

Just passed through the drive thru about 20ish minutes ago. Receipt number #1593, one of our double cheese burgers was supposed to be no onion. We received a McDouble with onion instead. Tried to drive around to get the issue corrected and spent 8+ minutes being ignored in the drive thru, pre 11pm, both at the speaker box and the window. When we called, they ignored our call, we could hear them in the background when someone must have picked up the phone to stop it from ringing.
Finally a member of staff came to the window at 11:03pm after having to honk to get their attention, not classy we know, but when you place an order you expect it to be correct. We’ve all worked in the food service industry, both fast food and higher end restaurants, and this was a completely preventable bad experience.

Great experience! Dear boy who just took my order & was dealing with the rude customer in the blue shirt—you did a terrific job handling that & you deserve a raise (even though, as you mentioned, you just started working there). If he wanted the meal, he should have been more clear. That wasn’t on you! You’re killing it! Thank you for complimenting my nails. :)
