Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I’ve eaten here twice. Food is prepared fresh and tastes good. Smoothies are excellent. Shop is clean and it’s one of few local places where you can sit and eat versus compulsory take out. Staff is pleasant. My kids like it and they’re picky! For ‘fast food’ it is very good and reasonably priced. Edit Dec 2020 Not exactly a high reliability shop in terms of making what you ordered. In recent months about 50% of take out orders have defects. For example, order chicken quesadilla and it doesn’t have the chicken. Specify ‘no sauce’ and the sauce is there anyway. Order chips and get a candy bar instead. I don’t think the people making the sandwiches actually read the entire order. It’s not like I’m going to stand there and pull apart and inspect each sandwich on a take out order!

This is the best place I’ve ever been to. When you go inside, the vibe is chill and peaceful. My favorite thing to order there is the Hummus Wrap, they never ever messed up my order. They have a lot of specialties there, let me name a few. They have wraps, SMOOTHIES, etc.. Overall, a great place. Also subscribe to my YT Channel! Thank you!

I've only ever gotten their Avacolada and Island Detox. The island Detox is not too good, but my wife and I love the Avacoladas...usually. seeing as they make them fresh, depending on how busy and the person making the smoothie, sometimes they're watery and mostly ice, but usually they're made well. For the longest time ordering online was annoying as no one would give you the pickup order unless you waited on line, until I finally asked the manager and she told me to just walk up to the side bar and grab someone's attention for a pickup. I've tried that once so far and it worked out well. The smoothies aren't cheap, but not also not so expensive.
