They are the worst group of people there. Their attitude is so rude. They get very mad st me when I use a coupon. And they scrimp on the veggies. Have to ask three times for extra lettuce. They told me they will have to close if they give me more lettuce. They said the can’t make any money. This is the last time I go there. My blood pressure rises when I’m there. And I’ve been there at least 15 times and it never changes.

Terrible franchise location. They play games with coupons. On one occasion they told my wife the coupon was not “active” yet and just now they created exclusions based on the picture of the sandwiches on the coupon.
Complete lack of customer service and integrity... don’t even want to think of the other areas they may be cutting corners. Save yourself the headache and go to the one on Port Blvd

Not good , not awful. This Subway is clean and rarely crowded but the sandwiches are skimpy and low quality meats and cheeses.
They have several flavors of fountain drinks , which I like and
I get the veggie sandwich so I can't go too wrong but I'm never impressed with the sandwich. It's OK once in a while but not a favorite of mine.

I am Deaf/Blind I went with a assistant. It was very difficult to place my order and pay. The people are from India and very difficult to communicate with. The Roast Beef Salad was not good. They don't offer ice tea or Decaf coffee.

Ordered takeout via the subway app and was given a hard time for using a coupon that was on the app. I was questioned many times how I was able to use a coupon and the employee was very annoyed that I got a discount that was only worth $.60. Horrible customer service

For those of you reading this: I really do NOT think that the so called "wheat" bread is whole wheat. Subway melts sugar until it creates a sticky substance. And for those of you who are saying "but the bread is brown" yes, it is brown but from the sugar that MELTS BROWN!!

They wiped out ALL the points on my Card!!! Their Prices are Really Expensive!, plus, they "Count" every slice they put on the sandwich. Will NOT return, & advise others to Avoid this Chain of Restaurants!!... Rating "《1 " !!
