Zen of Sushi seems tucked away off of US-1 but be sure to pull over and check them out for their awesome offerings! Lots of vegan options are identified on the menu and be sure to try the ramen and sushi! The Mushroom King is my personal favorite off the sushi menu with a blend of unami and sweetnes

Eclectic Asian menu, hand prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Everyone is a winner dining here, Gary and his staff are wonderful folks!
