Review Dunkin' - Port Orange

What a rip off. I ordered the pepper bacon which says extra bacon. I get one piece of bacon and all they look like they do is sprinkle some pepper on top of the regular bacon. Lol! Get your food somewhere else until they can learn to make a decent sandwich. It cost me $6!

The night crew has become garbage, I waited 5 minutes at the intercom with no other guests there, was greeted with an attitude, had to repeat the first two drinks of my order 4 times, was told to pull forward without my order being complete, once I stated I wasn’t done with my 3 drink order the lady went completely quiet and ignored us. This use to be my favorite Dunkin but I completely refuse to go here anymore.

Use to go to this Dunkin’ because they were always fast and my drink was always good, now there is new employees and it seems like no one is training them or they just don’t care. I went in the other day and ordered a sprinkle donut and the man even asked again at the window and when I got home it was a glazed donut that’s it… went back again today cause things happen I get it and the lady taking the order was rude and kept rushing our order… mind you we only got two drinks and she kept sighing in the headset and clicking her tongue like we were a bother… then she repeated the order back for the two drinks and it was all wrong. And the coffee taste like it was made and sat all day and I had to doctor my drink Up at home just to make it bearable to drink. Definitely switching locations again.

I never had a problem I used to work there many years ago when I was like 16, I just go there sometimes before work for my coffee.An there's never anything wrong.Keep it up u guys 💯💯

We already come out of our way (we live near Nova & Dunlawton) to get good service, but I guess it’s a company wide issue. We order from the app and they ALWAYS forget the bakery items. Which they’re separate from the other food/drinks, I get it. But what I don’t get is why my husband and I always get attitudes when we ask nicely for the food they forgot. We’re at the point to where we’re willing to pay way too much to go to Starbucks or somewhere else just to get good service. Nobody wants to start their day with bad attitudes.

Awful customer service. They didn’t hand us all of our food and we said something and this lady had an awful attitude with my family and I. Worst dunkin I have ever been to. Don’t recommend coming here

Keto friendly sausage egg and cheese croissant, no bread, two eggs. Yum and good for you.

Never had issues with this location until this past month. Now it's all new workers. No one has a smile on their face. My coffee is horrible every time. My daughter ordered a plain bagel and when she got home to she opened it and it was an everything bagel. She is allergic to sesame seeds so it had to be thrown away. Was not driving all the way back because they don't listen. It was even on the receipt as a plain bagel. I will now go to the dunkin on Nova. Much more pleasant people working.

The past few time I’ve gone in, they haven’t had powdered Donuts. I’ve been informed that Dunkin corporate is discontinuing powdered donuts. I, therefore, and discontinuing Dunkin Donuts. It was a good run. I guess I spend my $30 a week somewhere else.

I just stopped to get a small vanilla chi tea latte and i use to get a rather desent size cup for 1.99. And what I got was a 10 ounce cup for 2.49$. Im extremely disappointed for what i got i wont be back.

Never have a selection. If you ask for a certain type of donut they tell you it’s been discontinued! The manager is very incompetent. They never get an order correct!!!!!

These people are open all day and you cant get a donut after 12 noon. Its like the milk man saying they dont have any milk. They make them from frozen why cant you make more all day. Crappy ,crappy, crappy. Get rid of the donut name if you dont want to sell donuts.
