The restaurant was very clean and well organized. Because they were short staffed it took a long time to get our food but the cashier maintained a positive attitude even when patrons were not as patient as they should have been. I love that they have a lot of healthy options at this location! My impossible Whopper was amazing! As always the fries never disappoint.

I went to drive thru ordered paid given no receipt! Told to drive around to double doors would be brought out! Long wait did not time! Had ordered 1 whop melt and 1 OCS as on bag receipt . Whopper melt cold and bread not toasted! Drive around again they redid melt! Toasted or grilled what every they did barely toasted on one side! Sad!! There was no rush total of 3 cars and all had to wait.

My wife and I came inside and ordered our meals. The young man Dillan taking our order at the counter was very nice. He told us they were making fresh original chicken. He brought the food and tray out to my wife and I. He was so nice. Hope that kind of customer service continues.

I ordered dinner for my family online and prepaid, for in-store pickup . The website froze and I had to restart the order process 3 different times. Once I was finally able to place my order and choose a pickup time, I received a confirmation message stating that my order would be waiting on the counter when I arrived. WRONG. There were 4 people working, the store was not very busy, and not only was my order NOT ready, I was informed that the two shakes I ordered could not be delivered because they had no shake machine. The store's website allowed me to order and pay for the shakes, the store menu board listed shakes for sale and there was no signage anywhere stating shakes were off the menu. The employee at the counter tried to push frozen lemonade on me instead. I told her no thanks, credit me for the shakes and I'll take the rest of my order. WRONG AGAIN. Not only was my order not ready, I had to wait 30 minutes for it to be prepared. What is the purpose of having online ordering if you're not going to have the order ready when requested?? And why advertise and charge for shakes that you do not sell?? I will say the food was good when we finally got it (sans drinks) but the shenanigans involved in actually ordering and then getting the food almost outweighs that fact.

This place never disappoints. My order is always correct, and fresh. The location is struggling with worker shortage like everywhere around here but it doesn't discourage the employees. Their performance continues to be excellent.

Dirty , disgusting and RUDE !! The place looks like it's closed ! I went there last week , there were no cars in the parking lot or drive-through. I saw the girl sitting on the curb outside the back door and she purposely waited to take my order. I ordered a sandwich with extra tomato and she snapped at me and said they were all out. I proceeded to the window to pay and the same girl with a horrible personality just took my money and didn't say a word. I waited a long time for 1 sandwich and 1 fry which were cold. One of my 1st job's as a kid was fast-food , i get it , it sucks sometimes but you have to start out somewhere. Take pride in yourself. I'll never go back.

We went around 6:30 pm. The line was long but we got in line anyway. After 15 minutes only one car had been taken care of. We were 10 vehicles back. We waited another 10 minutes and no movement in the line. I'm sorry but 25 minutes and the line only moved by one car? It was ridiculous. I went to Wendy's.

Tried to give new owners the benefit of the doubt so I've visited 4 times since their new Grand Opening. With every visit it went from "not so good", to "bad" to "worse", to "I'm never going there again!". Out of product they should have, cold food, old food, wrong food, rude employees, still not clean...and the last time I went they were out of breakfast food item again. I ordered 4 drinks to take home and they had no drink carriers...I was by myself....no way I could hold 4 drinks and make it home without spilling a couple! The girl that waited on me was very, very rude and did not even TRY to be nice about it! When asked about the breakfast food item that they have consistently been out of, her response was "I only work here"...and slammed the drive thru window shut! I called corporate and requested a call back from owner...still no call. Very disappointed. I was rooting for them!

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to.. cold food old bacon on sandwich cold coffee and asked for creamer and sweet and low got real sugar and black ... don't eat there period

this place sucks, went in ordered large onion rings got a mixed bag of COLD onion rings and french fries. really? they can't tell the difference? ordered a whopper junior no pickles got a whopper junior with extra pickles, the burger was covered in them. will never go there again too many other places that want my business. this place doesn't deserve it.

Was real dirty, customer service was terrible, there kitchen was real bad, food all over the floor and sticky floors and the jungle gym for the kids was so dirty inside and tables havent been cleaned

Terrible service took 30min to do a shift change they had me wait in parking lot told me it would only take 15min and someone would let me know when they are ready I sat there for 30min I decided to go through drive through to get my food after waiting so long then the cashier messed up my change tried to give me 1 dollar when she owed me 10!

waited in line for 20 minutes and because I was boxed in with one car at the order speaker and numerous cars behind me, I called the restaurant asking if the speaker was not working. I was told they "thought" so but they would check it. I stayed with the call though the employee was attempting to hang up, and asked if the person in front of me needed to drive around to the window to place the order and was told yes. So, I yelled the instruction to the car ahead of me and I and two more cars behind me pulled forward also. Well there was no one at the first window, so the order had to be received before I could pull up and order. When I finally got to the window, I was told " that will be $18.23" (or something like that). I chuckled and stated I had not even ordered yet. So, I ordered three 5pc french toast sticks and 2 small hash browns. 5 minutes later I was given the bags and pulled up to check the order. Sure enough the order was wrong. So I went inside and waited another 5 minutes in line before I could tell the cashier what I was charged for vs what I received. It appeared she was going to just add the extra french toast sticks but I stated since everything in the bag was cold I needed all fresh items. This took approximately another 10 minutes. All in all, from when I pulled in to the drive thru to when I pulled out of the parking lot was close to 45 minutes. I know things are pretty discombobulated since Hurricane Matthew hit our area on Friday but I fail to understand how such a situation happened. First, if their speaker was not working they should have had a sign up telling people to pull around to order or they should have someone at the sign taking orders verbally. And for the person supposedly taking orders to think they had no one waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes is ridiculous. If I had the receipt from the bag I would have put this on the survey, but the cashier put the bag under the counter. An apology would have been nice. :p(

This location is horrible. I have had repeated issues, the latest of which was not being able to get an order correct for two chili dogs. How hard is it to make a chili dog? I've had enough of this location, I'll never go there again.

When you ask for fresh food and your food is still not fresh its cold employees are rude half the time you want something and then when you go home your bag is totally wrong they don't care it seems like

This was the WORST Burger King I have ever been to. The food was cold and the service was HORRIBLE. I don't recommend Nova Road Burger King to anyone!

Everytime, I go here I order chicken fries!! Today, i order them and ask her if they would be fresh bc they are always cold when I order them and she said yes bc it's just the start of lunch time. I said okay great. Then I heard another lady say I'm just going to them to her anyway. I tasted them in the car and they where cold.. I love the chicken fries but this location sucks

Awful customer service! They clearly are not required to go through training when hired on. When i pointed out that the manager had awful customer service i was told that i would not get served and i needed to get the "Fu#$" out of HIS drive-thru as he slammed the window in my face, mind you i have my daughter in the car with me! I proceeded to sit there as i was trying to find a number to call and the cashier told me i needed to move or they are calling 911. Are you serious?? Another "manager" comes to the window and apologizes and says he will help. I told him i would come inside. I went in ordered my food and paid for it. Asked "Tess" for a number to call and he gave me his personal cell phone number and said to call right away that it was his boss. When i called it and he tried to change his voice, i asked him what his position was his response was "The Big Boss." Oh the big boss but what is your position and he hung the phone up. Called corporate and they sent my info over to a DM got a call back. To be continued i am not letting this go. Let me just reiterate this was all over $2.00. They forgot 2 small $1.00 hashbrowns and apparently i'm the scum bag for asking for what i paid for!!!!! I have never been treated so poorly and i want to talk to someone above the DM.
