Review Pizza Hut - Port Orange

Easy to order online, the pizza & breadsticks got here extremely fast & my delivery driver was the best ever! One of the best most kind drivers I’ve ever had. I would really like someone above a manager or above that to acknowledge him & you have a wonderful employee! Once again he should really be recognized!

I called an order in, and I think they have outsourced orders to Costa Rica. The lady that answered was incomprehensible; totally untrained with broken english. Placing the order for a pan, just one pizza with half a topping took 6 minutes, and my info was already in the database. 45 minutes my A$$. Over an hour I called, Um your order is en route, we're really busy. I asked if it was going to be hot. The answer was yes, it will. Not sure how it could be hot when it was undercooked. 22 bucks tip included. I prefer real pizzeria pies, not commercial pizza my sig other liked the Pan. She couldn't even eat it. Standard pizza food cost is less than $2. I DENY NO BUSINESS THEIR PROFIT, BUT GIVE ME VALUE. I have had Pizza Hut before and it was fine, tonight it was virtually inedible. I had to throw it in the toaster oven. THAT'S IT! I'm done, Pizza Hut is food for ignorant lemmings.

I'm not much of a fan of Pizza Hut, however my wife loves it. Most likely because of good memories of going to this one with her parents and grandparents. So this time we went here. I usually find the pizza too greasy. On this occasion it wasn't too bad. We ordered a stuffed crust with pepperoni and a supreme. The supreme was okay and I enjoyed the pepperoni one, even though the later one was a wee bit greasy. As far as the stuffed crust goes I don't think I'm a big fan. It was my first time and I tried it plain, with marinara sauce, and with garlic sauce. The garlic sauce was the best, but I did not really enjoy the cheese in any version. We also tried the garlic knots and tried them the same ways as the stuffed crust. For whatever reason" I enjoyed all versions of the knots more than the crust. Also, there was only one waitress, but she did a pretty decent job keeping up with orders, refilling drinks, and other tasks. Also the kitchen staff was pretty quick and the food was hot.

My husband and I were looking forward to a great pizza night after dealing with COVID. We were truly dissatisfied with the food recieved. Even the box of wings was all smashed in. I just hope it was not dropped and they still gave it to us. Sauce was splashed all inside. The pizza was somewhat overcooked and hard as well. The bread sticks was the only decent part of the meal. A total waste of money.

They are understaffed. It is unacceptable that only one person is manning the restaurant. It is not his fault that I waited 15 minutes after checking in for contactless curbside pickup. The gentleman had superb customer service skills despite being overwhelmed.

Worst service ever!! I ordered online @6:50pm Friday night and the estimated delivery was 8:20pm which my wife has screenshots of. At 8:45 I called to question the manager about my delivery and the estimated time. I waited on their automated answering service for a total of 13 minutes before I hung up due to no one answering. When the delivery guy finally made it I asked what took so long and he gave me the typical Friday night speech with 12 orders waiting to be delivered. Then when I asked why no one was answering the phone he asked if I had the right number, I showed him and he verified it was the right number. But then gave me screw ball look and could not explain why. With the Idk!! Not to mention the delivery driver was blaring “death metal” music and to top it all off our pizza was completely cold and they forgot our drink which I did not know about until after my wife informed me….. Pizza Hut GET IT TOGETHER! I will be going up there to confront the manager after posting this! Absolutely Horrible!

Pizza was cold on delivery and way over baked. I ordered the same pizza a few weeks ago and it was awesome. Please be more consistent with quality!

10 minutes late, pizza wasn't even cut much less it was done sloppy half a**ed, and when they finally came they were missing 90% of my order my pasta and cheese sticks

Terrible order tonight and will not be ordering again. I wanted to try the new Jim Beam wings and I received dry wings with a cup about 1/4 full of the Jim Beam BBQ sauce, which was gone after a couple of wings. If I had known this I wouldn't have ordered the new wings. My pizza was super light on cheese and all toppings besides the pepperoni fell of when picking up a slice. Only good moment was the manager was nice when I called about the wings and offered to send more sauce. I didn't try the pizza until after that and was too tired to call again and go through the motions of having the pizza remade/redelivered. I order Pizza about once a month and this wasn't my first problem with this store. In the past they have delivered the wrong food and have been late. I like the easy to use online ordering, but after tonight its not worth it. Just wanted to give people a warning about ordering from this store.

Manager Emily extremely rude, hangs up on you in mid sentence & was "to lazy" to look and see when I could speak to another manager.

Prompt service. Waitress friendly. Pizzas served fast & hot.

We really like Pizza Hut pizza. The only problem is ever time we go there they are out of something .... Beer pineapple pepperoni ... Really!

How the hell are you gonna pay those servers (who only get 6 to 8 tables a shift) who also have to be the phone person and take care of carry out servers wage? When they only walk out with 20 a night if there lucky? Take care of your employees! ( but the girl that waited on me today was awesome!)

Terrible customer service from the managers. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and both pizzas were suppose to have the garlic butter crust topping(the main reason I order from here because it is delicious) one of the pizzas was missing it. I politely called the store and the employee I spoke to stated she would talk to a manager, I was put on hold and told I would receive a credit to my phone number account for a free pizza for next time, we even confirmed which pie did not have the flavoring. I called back today to order my promised free pie and was told the manager only put a $2 credit on my phone number. The girl I spoke to the original night was the same as I spoke to today and even she was surprised that it was only $2 and asked me if I had already used part of my credit. She said she would get the current manager on the phone and he was rude and acted like he couldn't be bothered with me. I explained to him what happened and he said it was only the crust topping we forgot and we told you , you would get a credit we never said for a free pizza. And I said actually I was told I would get a replacement pie since my order I PAID for was not correct. He said that's what we are giving so I said ok and hung up. When a place of business messes up an order no matter how small the mess up they should always remake your food to the way you ordered originally. I really liked their food but will not be bringing my business there again.
