I called an order in, and I think they have outsourced orders to Costa Rica. The lady that answered was incomprehensible; totally untrained with broken english. Placing the order for a pan, just one pizza with half a topping took 6 minutes, and my info was already in the database.

They are understaffed. It is unacceptable that only one person is manning the restaurant. It is not his fault that I waited 15 minutes after checking in for contactless curbside pickup. The gentleman had superb customer service skills despite being overwhelmed.
