The peanut butter smoothie that I'm currently enjoying has a vanilla base and added protein. Delicious flavor and texture. Service was average, at best. Two girls probably there for a little mad cash and socializing. The bathroom needed work. Prices are a bit high, but it's sort of a health food establishment, so that's not irregular.

I come here too much!! Place is always clean inside and out. Staff is friendly all the time and always timely with my order. They put out coupons every month for a BOGO free in the Flip N' Hot Deals coupon book which is great for dates with me and my bf. Staff is nice and will inform you when a coupon is out too so you can save some money :)

The smoothies are tasty and the staff are friendly, however, they don't seem to open on time. This particular location advertises a 7am opening time, but this is the 2nd day in a row that they aren't open when I've stopped at 7:10am - I couldn't wait around to see what time they actually opened.

Great customer service. One girl went out of her way to help me out. That was about a week ago. If you want good service and a good smoothie come here. Don't go to Tropical Smoothie. Customer service is blah!

Fast, I am in and out in less than 5 min everytime! They remember my order, are so friendly & the smoothies are fantastic. I became a VIP & save money every day no need to show coupons!

Ive been here 2 times in years. Heres why. I dont enjoy being rushed when i take more than 15 seconds to order my smoothie. Or passive attitudes. If you hate your job go get a new one? At least fake friendly. If i didnt have my 2 year old with me id have spoken my mind. Also if i ask for low sugar for health reasons maybe tell me the fruit is compacted with sugar not after you make it and i ask. And i guess assume im just another keto person. Try to not act like people ate an inconvenience to your day , which consists of taking orders and making smoothies since thats the job you chose...not me. Rude. Wont return . if im gonna spend 30 bucks on smoothies if im polite i expect you to be too. Maybe its time to switch iobs. Or take acting lessons.

1st time we've been to this location. It was Sunday eveing 15mins before they closed & they were NOT pleasant at all. Nasty attitudes & were the worst smoothies we've ever had!!! All 3 of us got sick from them & had to throw every single drink away. We think it was done on purpose. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN...
