Review Mcdonald's - Port Orange

If they could become consistent with the fries they would be a 4 star location. They tend to not mess up your order 90% of the time. Its just they do not care with the fries. Sometimes they are hot crisp and perfect and then the next time they are is if they were thawed and put in the bag.

I like the food but the person who is taking our order needed a little more training. When we would ask about different sandwiches on the menu all their answer was was I don't know. It didn't take long in the Drive-Thru but it did take a while waiting to get our order because of it not being right the first two times they passed it to us in the car.

I go to this one often. My food is always hot. One thing I can't stand is Luke warm french fries and re-nuked burgers!! I mainly go for breakfast and it always comes out perfect, fresh, and the hash browns are always nice and crispy 😋 not soggy and mush like.

Everybody’s always too busy no attention to detail. Wait 10 minutes in line ask for your order ask them to take something off that you’re allergic to and don’t like and they forget, then it will take another 15 minutes to get that corrected. Attention to detail!

I Usually wouldn't say anything, but this is the 3rd time at this McDonald's to get it wrong. So I always ask for a Quarter Pounder Deluxe no onions extra pickles. They give me A quarter pounder with no pickles and no ketchup, just meet, Cheese, onions, and Mustard blah 🤢. I wish I never wasted my time and money!

Your store has an issue with traffic cutting people off from the Arby's side. Essentially they can barge in and skip waiting respectfully in line. Also people think you're closed at night time because your drive thru signs are dim and uninviting so they all flock to the left drive thru order screen causing clutter. This location has very efficient employees and although my last order was made wrong I am still happy with this location. Just needs to the west entrance to guide people around the building into the actual line. I'm sure this would also get rid of some customer confrontation keeping your employees safe from verbal abuse from customers u happy with such activities. Chick-fil-A has the cone colored post markers to guide people around their building so I think it would help solve a lot of headache to invest in a few of those.

They got my order wrong. They asked if they can take my already half eaten food back in to just add cheese or remake. I said remake since 45 mins already passed. She says yes mam. Come to find out when I get back home I got back the same ripped open 6 burgers I gave them back only this time with cheese and pickles I shouldve got to begin with. Unbelievable! They should not be taking food back with my germs and it being opened to lay back down on their food prep area to add cheese and pickles to give them back! I could've had Covid and infected their whole kitchen! Filing a couple complaints with corporate!!
