Review Wendy's - Port Orange

Awful absolutely horrible took 25 min to get the last of the food after they made the frostys and gave us cold fries the manager had finally did something about it but by this time is was far to little far to late. Will never come back to this mess of a Wendy’s absolutely horrible workers and very dirty inside the store.

We placed an order at 10:45 pm. The cashier told us they accept cash only and they didn’t give us a receipt! The order was $33.08. Then we went home, the food was cold, stale and nasty. I suggest you don’t go to Wendy’s at night you will regret it!!!

Waited at the drive thru for several minutes and wasn’t greeted. When I was, I was asked “can I help you”? In a tone that was a little rude. Not going to sugar coat this one. But this location sucks. It’s right next door to a McDonald’s that’s far busier. Yet they can’t handle a few cars in the drive through. I’ve had issues with food I’ve ordered almost every single time from missing toppings to cold as ice burgers to funky tasting fries and drinks. I have also noticed that this location will turn the lights off inside and in the drive through early to probably deter people from coming to the restaurant. But you’ll still see staff inside hanging out. Clearly management doesn’t care or else they’d comment on the bad reviews here. Nor does corporate because when I’ve written complaints I never get a response.

They have an individual that works the window in the morning, soft spoken with curly long hair, didn't catch his name. This individual deserves a raise. His customer service goes above and beyond. Even ran out the back to make sure my kid had a fork.... Better keep that guy cause I would come back just because of him.

i walked in to order some food. there was an older man at the front counter. you could tell he had issues. and he was very sweet. but the employees that were working with him. are very rude and unprofessional. he was having a rough time because they didn’t have taco salad. he didn’t know what to do and no one would help him. he was walking around and everyone was just ignoring him. please do better and be kind and appreciative to the ones that are near you. i’m n very disappointed and sad that he has to go to work to those poor rude humans. DO BETTER.

Tried the new fish sandwich. Fish wasn't bad, but the sauce was terrible. The sandwich was missing the American cheese slice. I will never order this sandwich again at Wendy's. I also ordered the baked potato. It seemed like it was sitting there for a few hours. Had baked potatoes at other Wendy's, and they were great. Not at this store, though. One more thing, I used the app to order in advance instead of the drive-thru and was charged a 50 cents service fee. They have pickup parking spots, but you still have to go in to pick up your order. Never using the app again. As a matter of fact, I'm never going to this Wendy's store again, either.

Way too slow. Employees just go there to play around. Long lines and then they take forever to take your order and hand you your food. I ordered a crispy chicken blt and they didn't add the bacon to the sandwich. I had to go back after waiting so long already to fix the issue. It took then about another 15 minutes to remake my order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Watched 2 cars ahead of us in the drive thru leave and go to Popeyes next door. After waiting for 7 minutes at the speaker the employee finally offered to take our order: 2 salads and 2 large cokes....she asked "a large what?" 3 times then asked twice what kind of salads they were. There was no one in the parking lot and no one eating in the restaurant yet we still couldn't get competent service. We will not be back.

Was there yesterday and ordered 3 of the new giant Jbc 5 for 5 and all 3 burgers only had two slices of bacon, not four! Very disappointing

Good fresh salad and baked potatoe. Good food good service. Older location that could use refurbishment.

Tonight 9/14 at 10:30 ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was completely raw. Maybe next time y'all can atleast attempt to cook it and have an excuse of saying that it wasn't on the grill or what ever y'all cook it on long enough.

2/4/15 4:31 drove thru Wendy's 1699 Taylor Rd. Port Orange. Ordered the single, large fries and tea. Had to go inside the single was not done right and the fries were not fresh. You take a big risk going thru the drive thru.
