Review 7-eleven - Port Orange

Well so just went in for a liter of zeph and some sliced apples. So I thought all was great, well absolutely not. First the apples wouldn’t scan so I told her no big deal. Then while I was putting in my number for rewards I look at the total and notice $6.13 now last I checked it would of been $3.16 with just the water. She added some things for the scan that would add up to the price of the $2.69 sliced apples. When I noticed and started to say something she took it off as she stated and then the final total was $3.19. Needless to say I didn’t ring up there since I didn’t feel secure with that transaction. Do better 7 eleven like she works there wow! She was trying to charge me twice the price of the apples. Then lie to me and say that it was tax. Lady really, no it’s not tax. But thank you I did need my water for work. Thank you again.

Wow, what terrible service, management is lacking also, I watched her realize there's like 10 people in line all buying lottery tickets and doing other crazy stuff at the register and she knew she should have opened up a new line but she did not, zero pride, two people walked out and they didn't even care, I will go out of my way to never go to the 7-Eleven again

Elizabeth the clerk was super rude. Her and the guy with the beard were having a personal conversation when I walked up. They clearly saw me, but continued their conversation. Then she finally assisted me. Horrible customer service. Not going back.

Not impressive when a staff member is handing out cigarettes to the teens after school

Coke slurpee is always out of order at both stores near me. The one at Nova and Madeline is getting really bad lately overall

The lady behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. She has no customer skills or knowledge of how to treat anyone. I will not be returning due to the unprofessional staff that is working at this establishment.
