I am in no way an everyday Dunkin go’er.. However, Olivia is absolutely amazing! My day has been an absolute train wreck. She could tell! She was an such a pleasure to help me and take my order! I don’t even come here much, but will come back to see a friendly smile! Dunkin’ needs to take care of her and being such a great team member. If it was the GM here, I make sure she doesn’t go anywhere! A raise would definitely be a bonus! My day is still going to be absolute madness, but at this point it’s gotten that much better.

Very disappointing experience. I walked in and a manager was conducting an interview on the right hand side of the dining room. No big deal EXCEPT what was happening, or rather, NOT happening right there. I walked in and there was no line. A female employee was mopping the floor and hardly acknowledged me even after I greeted her. She just kept mopping so I continued to the counter. I waited, and waited, and waited. There were several other employees behind the counter that I made eye contact with but not a single one of them acknowledged me. The female that was mopping finished up, walked right by me and had a little chat with one of the other employees. I waited over 8 minutes while I attempted to get help before the female that has been mopping came to the register to take my order. With all the other employees walking around and the manager doing an interview right there, I was absolutely SHOCKED that the employee that was supposed to be helping walk in customers basically ignored me until she had finished mopping and talking to other employees. And the attitude she exuded? She clearly did not want to be there. I won't go back. The quality of the products has slipped dramatically making this decision easy. And I won't recommend this place or their products to anyone unless they like eating rocks that so taste the same served by miserable people. And to the manager doing the interview in the dining area? You really should train your employees better. I really hope that young lady you were interviewing turns down the job. You were literally 5 get away from a PAYING CUSTOMER but didn't seem to notice that she wasn't getting service? Sad.

ordered and my hashbrowns are freezer burnt you can taste it😧. they forgot my associates bacon and when we went back to get it they gave it to us cold. not even a bit warm. no other dunkin have i had seen this. they get our order wrong every time and it’s not even good. i’m gonna stop ordering from here

The worst manger service ever. He was not helpful. Very rude, called me names. I was in a situation where i was not able to leave my home with my child due to Covid and he told me nothing he can do to help me even tho it was their fault not getting my order correct. They used to be great but with that type of management, I’ll take my business and will let family and friends know as well. Need to do better. Just, found out he wasn’t even a manger he was just an employee now their liers! Smh

I visit this specific Dunkin almost every day and I have to say there are some amazing employees there! One employee, Emma, truly made me feel important by making sure my coffee tasted perfect. I ordered a small ice coffee with two shots of expresso . She explained to me at the window that the expresso sort of overcame the coffee and recommended to make it a medium: then had me taste it. Employees like that should be recognized! I will be calling the manager to thank her again!

Good coffee and donuts. Not their fault but the delivery driver was running extremely late and not a wide selection as they usually have. But did find a dozen we liked.

I went through the drive thru and the woman taking the order was SUPER rude. Got to the window and the cashier wasn’t much friendlier. She also wiped the froth from my tea with the lid of my cup which included her hand touching my actual tea. Gross. The sandwich I ordered was slapped together and so sloppy with most of the ingredients in the box and not on the actual sandwich. They also got my order wrong. Won’t be back to this location ever again.

On a Saturday afternoon with only 2 cars in the drive thru line in front of me, it took 15 minutes for them to give me a basic coffee (not the fancy ones) and a doughnut. In addition, my sprinkled doughnut didn't even come with sprinkles as pictured on the menu and as it comes at every single other dunkin location. I wanted to complain on their survey instead of publicly on Google, but the employee didn't even give me a receipt. I've worked in fast food, so I understand the struggle, but this is unreasonable.
