Review Chuck E. Cheese - Port Orange

Came to use our rewards of 30 minutes free play time. Quite quiet compared to last summer. Wow. Kids have full run of the place. We had the absolute most fun with the photo booth that does cool effects. Other establishments do not seem to have them. Kids lived the 3d dinosaur game/ride. This store was super clean and there was a variety of games for adults and kids. Had a blast and didn't even make full rounds of all the games.

We came for a friend's birthday party. I would say that it was fun. Also, not too long of a wait for games considering it's a Saturday. Anyway, the staff were very friendly and the place was exceptionally clean considering there were a lot of children there running around. 😇

Children obviously love Chuck E. Cheese. You can only get one beer per hour per each valid ID but honestly 1 hour at this place is enough to get what you came for. I was happy they still had ski ball. There aren’t really too many games for anyone older than 10, maybe Jurassic Park and Plants Vs. Zombies but perfect for the little ones.

I take my kids here to play the games. I haven't tried their food yet. But for 5 kids to play for 2 hours was only around $40 total. It's a great place to get your kids out of the house and let them run around and play games. When you come in you get stamps on your arms and so when you leave someone can't just take your kid because each group gets their own numbered stamp. It's pretty cool to have that security measure in place. It looks small when you go in but there is actually a lot to do. They have cards now you can buy time or play points I suggest points but I haven't tried the time yet. You can combine all your tickets to one card. And I don't think it expires.

Experience was great. Prices were not and the pizza left a lot to be desired with burnt areas for the inflated price. Kids liked the games though.

2, one hour cards for 40ish bucks is pretty good deal for entertaining your kids. The food is what you'd expect but way over priced. I enjoyed the chicken wings but the "regular" order of wings is $17 for 6 wings 🤷 inflation, I guess.

This place always has the nicest staff and it is clean. Just really nice to take my children here.

Grand kids had a blast. One is 2, the other is 3, and they loved it. The pizza is good, the service is good. A little on the pricey side, but I would say cheaper than disney...

We went go chuck e cheese yesterday. When we arrived the guy letting people in was very nice and definitely a welcomed face. Then we decided to order our food. The black female that took our order did not seem like she wanted to be there. She never said hi or thank you. We then went down and sat the pizza cam out pretty face. But it was bland and tasteless. I wanted to eat the salad bar bit I'm not paying 8.00 for the salad bar Yeah f that. I then went up and order a beer and a different black lady with short hair was rude. She never once said how may I help you or thanked me. The games were okay. 3 of the sky ball machines were broken it was very loud in the building but I didn't mind it because this place is made for kids. The tokens that you get and get prizes with need to be small. It costs us 30 dollars and all we got was 2 small packages of skittles and a bookmark. All in all we will not be going back.

This is supposed to be a place to take your kids so the whole family can have fun. Waited in line 3x for over 15 minutes. Once was to load my play card with a gift card. Other time was to purchase food/drinks. There was only 1 employee working that counter and one working the ticket counter on a Saturday evening. Does not make sense. Hope they can get it together. A shame it’s run this way.

I gave a 3 because there were two teenage boys running around. It went on for at least 30 mins and staff had to be notified about them before anything was done. They ran by my 10 mo old sons high chair. Had they knocked him over there would of been real big problems. There needs to be more staff out on the floor. Chuck E also had no motivation at all and the buffet needs to be kept up on stocking as well. Some of the games didn't give tickets like they were suppose to either. We will still come back and visit.

There was only two people working the desk it was slow they were trying to set up the salad bar giving the kids their prizes and was taking orders for food it was just horrible and honestly to say very nasty tables were full of clutter the floor was full of food and cups it was just a bad experience. But my granddaughter enjoyed herself so that made my heart content a little bit

Friday night was definitely a better experience oppose to Saturday! Very polite staff! Even cooked my sons "special " pizza for him because he can't eat reg pizza. Kids are happy, Mommas happy �

The pizza is horrible . And the machine cheat ya out of ur tickets . It's way over priced in there . And u get junk for prizes..

Went for a birthday party was told that the party was not there yet by the gentleman at the front sat there and waited a little bit and then decide to walk to the back and there they were they had been there and then the hostess and never came back there because the general manager kept making her do things because they were very very shorthanded the games weren't working properly with the cards that she had given us only got one salad plate with all I can eat then when try to get another one never could cuz there's nobody around the other lady ordered a cold seeing which and pretzel bites and it took over 45 minutes for that the birthday girl never got her cotton candy they paid for the Ice Cream. Came out after the cake and the kids went home some of them the the p natta they bought with it package they never got they had to ask for it before they left they took the hostess away at the beginning of the party so they had no clue what they were doing very very sad

Awesome place- super clean and big inside with lots of space. I used to hate taking the kids to Chuck E Cheese but Port Orange location changed that. Salad bar and all food looked really fresh and was not crowded at all for a Friday afternoon. Will be a regular afternoon spot for us now.

We decided to host our sons birthday party here this year and it was great! All the kids had a blast! Great staff! Thank you Landon for making Carmelos's birthday super special!

Although we love going there they need to clean this place when there first thing in the morning and it was filthy floors were dirty machines we never wipe down

Worst run business ever the employees were very rude I tried to have my 4yr olds birthday party there and during the party one of my guest had waited for over 45minutes for lettuce and they were treated like scum by the manager and asst manger after asking for a refund for the salad bar we were all thrown out during the birthday party by the port orange police department who also didn't do they job properly I also took video of this and will be going to social media we need to stop the disrespect coming from this establishment right away or they shouldn't be open for family and children I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone for just fun or a birthday party

We had a birthday party for my grandson there yesterday. Food was very good. Staff was very attentive and did their best to make it a fun time for the children attending! Thank you!

The only reason I give it an ok is because my 5 year had a good time playing the games. When we arrived there were only a few guest there, but all the tables were dirty. I had to clean a table before we sat. I ordered the family appetizer and it came out with four wings, cheese bread, and five yes five pieces of fries. 12 dollars. Really?? The food was ok and the games were fun for my child. The cleanliness of the whole place should be questioned.

The food was good, our party went pretty smooth and any problems were handled quickly. My daughter and her friends had a great time. The only issue was that they were clearly understaffed and machines broke regularly. But the staff handled it great for such a busy day.

Was there for a birthday. Staff didn't seem to care, games were a poor selection and/or out-of-order. If this location represents all locations, Chuck E. Cheese has definitely gone downhill from when I would go as a kid.

This last time we went we waited for over an hour for an order of churros. Yeah it was busy but come on. There was no one walking the game floor to help with game issues. We ordered pizza somewhere else because Chuck e.'s pizza is like eating cardboard.
