Review Wok N Roll - Port Orange

My mom’s favorite quick-takeout Chinese. She and my family have been ordering from here for years. Good, consistent comfort food. I’m surprised with some of the negative reviews: In all the years we’ve been ordering from here, we’ve never had any weird/gross experiences. The people who work here are friendly and hard working, and the food and location both are perfectly clean. Pickup is always speedy and easy.

Me and the wife go here all the time. Best Chinese food in town and the owners are the nicest people ever we love them ❤. We even drive out of our way just to get there food. Food was stale and flavorless. Chicken was really dry, wonton soup had a gnat taking a bath in it, the rice tasted like it was cooked days ago, sat under a heat lamp and then microwaved (which is crazy because I saw them cook it). One bite of the egg roll and i decided it wasn't worth a second bite. The 3 meals we ordered today were all tossed in the trash after a few bites, and I've never wasted Chinese food before. I'm not sure how this place stays in business. When you're in there, take a closer look around. The dust and dirt shows years of neglect. The staff is friendly, but bad at time management. Both times I ordered I was told 20 minutes and it took 30-40, then was told "one more minute" when they really meant 5-10. I also noticed the staff isn't using gloves or washing hands between handling cash and putting together orders. Fyi. I removed the gnat from my soup and tried it. Bugs don't bother me. What bothered me was the watered down broth and the wontons had a weird tang to them. I've never in my life tossed out wonton soup, but this stuff was awful. Also, the soup chips were extremely stale.

The fact that I have to give this 1 star just to post this review is ridiculous cause they sure don’t deserve it! Restaurant is dirty. Grease on everything. Roaches everywhere. Chicken left out on counter all day from open till close. Bathroom is gross! Urine all over the floor! Owners smoke and do not wear gloves or wash hands. 🤢🤮

This is the best chinese food place in the daytona/port orange area. The taste, the best. The portion sizes, the best. The prices, best deal I've ever seen. The staff, super nice and the best. They are killing it and everyone should come buy chinese food here.

No more delivery. What Chinese restaurant doesn't deliver? They don't even use the delivery apps. I love this place but that kind of kills it.

We eat here all the time the food is great . They always give awesome customer service . This is the only Chinese place me and my boyfriend will ever eat at.

They don't even deserve the one star that they got. My wife and I ordered food and I got the wrong order. When I got home we opened up the food and saw what it was, we called back and asked if they could please fix it and they said we needed to pay for it again, we asked again and they hung up on us. On top of them refusing to fix our order, my wife's food "Lo Mein" tastes like packaged ramen noodles and are guaranteed to be pre made and packaged like I'm sure most of their food is. NOT FRESH. On top of all that they treated us with disrespect and were rude with us from the moment we stepped foot into their door. I would never recommend them to anyone. Their food is awful and they are not willing to fix your orders on top of being rude to their own customers.

New Favourite. There are an increasing amount of Chinese Take-Out places in the area but my family definitely prefers the Wok n' Roll. The food is amazing and the staff and owners both provide great service!

Recommended Restaurant. I really love their food and customer services. I especially love their pepper steak! All of their food has high quality taste and excellent flavor. The customer service here is great as well. They all are really kind and try their very best. I highly recommend this restaurant and you should enjoy it too!

Real Chinese food. We tried so many Chinese food places over the years. All of them claim to be "NY Style" or authentic, or whatever. This is actually the real deal. good food .
