We have been coming to Flapjacks since 10 years ago as a vacationer and now is locals we still love Flapjacks. Whether it's breakfast or lunch,the food is amazing as is the staff and owners. All food is fresh and they have a special every day. Oh shoot, I missed the delicious moist (not dry) beef brisket last month.... it's time to have that again hint hint
FlapJacks is the best breakfast place in the Port Orange area!! They have great food, great service and great specials!!! The food is served nice and hot!!! Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast seekers rejoice!. A great little breakfast/brunch spot tucked away Next to Publix in the West Port Square Mall on Taylor Road. Flapjacks serves up reasonably priced and consistently good breakfast dishes. Everything I've had here has been fresh, served quickly and the portions are remarkable. If I'm in the neighborhood and it's breakfast time, I'm here for sure.

The Cracked Egg is better. Good breakfast, but the service here is usually bad. I like friendly, smiley people... 9 out of 10 times you won't get that here! (Unless you come off as someone with alot of money)
Best Breakfast in TOWN!. There is not a better place in town for breakfast....service is always excellent, food is always great and Anna & Bob make you feel like you are in their kitchen at the table they are so friendly and welcoming! LOVE this place!
Favorite pancakes!. This is my favorite place to get pancakes in town! and it is super affordable with quick service!

This was my first time back since under new ownership/management, & I must say it was good.. Not only was the food great, all of the staff are super friendly and are always willing to help even if they don’t have your table..

Substituting the sides that come with an omelet is usually a given, but not here. This policy needs changing.
I decided to just have the flapjacks. They come in two sizes.., too big to finish, and silver dollar. They were big and fluffy, but fell short of flavor.
