Better than average basic Chinese takeout! Service was quick and friendly, even on a Saturday night. They offer brown rice for no additional charge! Fortune cookies were super fresh. Meal came with a good variety of veggies, not just broccoli and carrots, things like baby corn and water chestnuts. Sauce was tasty and not overly salty. Lots of tofu too. Give this place a try!

Best Chinese takeout in Volusia County by far. The fried rice is especially superior. I have eaten 100+ times over the past several years and never had even a mediocre meal. Great service and the couple that owns the restaurant is amazing!!

Best Chinese place. Chicken is actually white and freshly cooked. Not discolored and rubbery like some places. Breading on chicken always well cooked as well. Gives most lo mein and taste is better. I eat here atleast once a week great place. just call.

Old school style seasoned rice orange chicken original or spicy with pork fried rice.. I have shrimp fried rice with beef and broccoli its delicious... we found a of town Chinese restaurant so happy y'all check them out! Oh it's hard to find it's in a plaza that look deserted

We eat Chinese all the time and we are vacationing here. They do there own delivery and the food was fresh and very good. Highly recommend

As a local who frequently dines out, Difference Chinese is undoubtedly the best take-out Chinese in the area! The fried rice is flavorful with just the right texture and they're not skimpy with my requested extras (a lot of bean sprout and onion). Great prices for the portion sizes! I cosign with another reviewer, it's definitely reminiscent of New York style Chinese food. The owners are so sweet and I'm glad to patronize a local business as such. The location is unassuming but it's a hidden gem! I rarely write unsolicited reviews but the warmth of the owners and quality of the food warranted the effort. Try it for yourself; you'll taste and see the "Difference." FYI- They're closed every Monday

I'm from the PNW where we are spoiled with amazing Chinese food all over the place. We have struggled since moving to Florida trying to find one we like, until we found this place. We have been back a few times now and they are very clean, food is fresh, they are so friendly, and the prices are good. I highly recommend them. It's nothing fancy, just a hole in the wall mom and pop place with great food.

Great food! Fresh and not too much soggy sauce, as at some small asian restaurants. So happy to find this local gem! We had the salt and pepper prawns and the spare ribs. They have a good selection of healthy choices.

Always delicious and plentiful. We love the gourmet garden, chicken fried rice, crab rangoon, hot and sour soup. Our go to place for Chinese food (take out) in the DBShores/Port Orange area.

Best Chinese food in East Volusia County hands down. Will not spend my money on any other Chinese restaurant from New Smyrna to Ormond from now on. Hidden gem.

I don't care much for Chinese food but this place is awesome! I got delivery & it was the BEST Chinese food I have ever had. Very happy belly.

I'm a Chinese American who has always lived in big cities where tons of good Chinese restaurants are easy to find. I moved to Florida not too long ago, and my experience with the local Chinese restaurants have been nothing but disappointing. It seems that all these restaurants use one sauce on all the dishes, regardless of what dish it is. Well imagine my surprise when I got a chance to try this one. All 5 dishes I ordered were very tasty, on par with the great Chinese restaurants in other big cities. The Mar Lar Chicken in particular was delicious. The Bean Curd Szechuan style and the Dry Sauteed String Bean lunch specials were also very tasty. This restaurant is also inexpensive, and the portions are generous. I think I just found my go-to local Chinese restaurant. I will be getting takeout or delivery from them at least once a week. You should too.
