Customers service was good at first and then when we had a rewards problem at the store level with it being broken. We couldn’t use our rewards and it became a not there problem situation somehow. They wouldn’t honor the rewards we clearly showed on the app and they said there system has been down for a month already. And the bathroom was joke. Don’t bother.

Local store not answering their phone. I had to call their corporate office and be transferred to get through. Then was told orders for custom ice cream cake must be placed 3 weeks in advance because the cake portion ships from Tallahassee. Tallahassee is 6 hours away. Ridiculous.

Worst. 8.99 for a large. Cheesecake and brownie. I got a small cup sat inside a large cup with vanilla ice cream and one tiny dot of chocolate no brownies. Rip off.
