I love me some cold stone. This location have pistachio which is my favorite flavor. The staff is working hard and still keep a smile.
Customers service was good at first and then when we had a rewards problem at the store level with it being broken. We couldn’t use our rewards and it became a not there problem situation somehow. Super fast service and great ice cream
Local store not answering their phone. I had to call their corporate office and be transferred to get through. Then was told orders for custom ice cream cake must be placed 3 weeks in advance because the cake portion ships from Tallahassee. Tallahassee is 6 hours away. Ridiculous.
Staff was exceptionally nice. Went the extra mile to fix my sisters special due to a nut allergy! 2 thumbs up to the staff!
Worst. 8.99 for a large. Cheesecake and brownie. I got a small cup sat inside a large cup with vanilla ice cream and one tiny dot of chocolate no brownies. Rip off.
Busy place but the girl is working circles around everyone else… she deserves a pay raise!!!
It made our friend's birthday special.
