Super friendly staff and incredible food. We live in Kentucky where we don’t have a Chicken Salad Chick so when we have the opportunity to visit one we always bring a cooler and bring some home with us! Hoping they make their way to Kentucky one day..... until then we will continue bringing our cooler when we visit.
I was on my way to Panera, but have been meaning to try this place. Glad I stopped. Fresh taste, way better than Chic-fil-a salad sandwiches. I will be coming back! Great lunch meal and fast service.
This place was FANTASTIC and they had a fun spin on chicken salads. I am a fruit and sweet kind of chick salad gal where my husband is more savory. I got a strawberry side salad that was out of this world! I definitely suggest trying that, but I’m sure all the sandwiches are great! We loved the chocolate cake slice so much, WE BOUGHT A WHOLE PIE! I mean seriously it was mouth watering heaven!!!

Excellent! I had the lemon basil chicken salad sandwich and my kid had the traditional chicken salad sandwich with nuts and grapes. Sides were great and so was the sweet tea. Everything tasted homemade and fresh. Outstanding top to bottom and great prices too! Highly recommended!
Definitely a good first time experience. Very impressed. Affordable meal, the chicken Salad was delicious. I am comfortably full walking out the door. Portion size is perfect, and the small cookie is a good touch. Especially if you are trying to diet and be good.

Chicken salad chicks always have a pleasant and Southern atmosphere. The staff is always nice and there were a mixture of Staff members wearing masks and those without mask. There were sanitized stations throughout the restaurant and they have a spacious outdoor seating area.

The Service, STUPENDOUS to say the least...
And OMG the chocolate cake is so good we bought a whole cake to bring home, after having a slice...
And ijs, we had an AMAZING time, and we Will absolutely be frequenting this specific location again and again,
even though I'm certain that every other location is just as wonderful.
We even brought our little baby with us and she was adored by all, even though we kept her in her pet carrier of our own accord, the folk's who work there couldn't get enough of her cuteness.😊 Btw our Kitty's is name (Baby Grogu)

Very clean establishment, food was FRESH... Plenty of seating and no wait time... Sooo many suggestions on the menu...

Great tasting chicken salad. They have a variety that you can choose from. The one with cranberries and sliced almonds is the best! Will definitely be returning. It’s a healthy alternative compared to the surrounding restaurants.

My first time. Went for a late lunch with a fellow vendor friend. Had a great time and the staff was helpful and allowed me to try a sample to make the best choice for my meal! Soo good I didn't get a photo.
