Review Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Port Orange

We like Red Robin: they cook your burger to order! Medium rare, and all you can eat French fries you want; also COOKED to order! I ordered extra crispy fries and they were. An honest tasty burger.

Food was good. Service was ok. Time to pay the bill and they can't seem to figure out how to run my card(s)? Called my bank to see why my card was being declined and was informed that it hadn't been used at all. Advised server AND management that the problem was on their end. Management did not try to resolve the situation. We ran 4 cards between my daughter and myself (all valid) and they all were declined. They need to fix their system, and acknowledge when it's their error. I will not return, not because of the food, but because of the poor management at this location. There are plenty of other burger joints in the area that believe in customer service and will actually look into a problem with their system when a customer is trying to pay. Good thing my 12 year old still carries cash. He paid the bill for us.

I'm the worst person to have giving a good review. This was the perfect experience. We were quickly seated as well as our drinks brought out. Our appraiser ( chicken wings bone in) were cooked to perfection. My wife's burger was also cooked to perfection. When she into the burger the juices came out. My grilled chicken breast done to perfection. The chicken was juicy not a dry spot in the entire sandwich. The wait staff was full of team work. Refills on drinks were very impressive. The communication in the kitchen was top notch. The management was also impressive. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Great food. Great waitress. Kitchen a little slow with both our meals and our one reorder of fries. Still worth it for the food. Join the Red Robin Royalty club and get your free birthday burger like I did.

Excellent food and service! Our server Angela was awesome! We always go to Red Robin, and have been to many different ones all over the country, but this one was in the top 5 experiences ever!

I haven't been to a Red Robin in 15 years, last time I was driving to Colorado from where I lived in Texas. Not we live in the Daytona area, and have one close. The atmosphere was great. Burgers were excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.
