Review Giuseppe's Steel City Pizza - Port Orange

You gotta have the Kenny Powers Fries! Seasoned, tossed with pineapple, bacon, fried chicken, and fresh garlic. Drizzled with honey and sweet red Thai sauce, then smothered with a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Served with creamy Italian dressing. Your taste buds will explode! So delicious!

Got food to go and it was great. If you’re ordering wings definitely go with their steal city sauce. The best way I can describe it is it was like a spicy honey sauce. We also got two orders of smothered fries (one steal city style and one sweet Thai chili) and they were unbelievable. So much food and we were able to eat most of it due to the sheer flavor of them. The only gripe I had was that we had to wait 45 min for a to go order when it wasn’t too busy. But we called ahead and got there at the time we were told and it was ready soon after. Overall, it was great and we will be back!

Everything we had was delicious! We had Stromboli, the Pittsburgh salad and garlic bread. They also have a house made creamy garlic dressing that is a must try!! The portion sizes are great for sharing with 2-3 people and the price for the amount was great!! Richard was our server and he did an amazing job!!

I am a born and raised Pittsburgher. I have always enjoyed the food and the ambiance of Giuseppe’s Steel City Pizza, both in the old building and the new building. My friends and I visited there for the first time since the pandemic this evening. We first thought it was odd that there were no signs posted asking patrons to wear a mask, as most responsible business establishments do in these times. Upon entering, we noticed that none of the employees were wearing a mask which concerned us. We proceeded to the outdoor seating area only to hear the bartender exclaim WOW and began to giggle to her friends seated at the bar. Apparently, she found our group amusing, since we all thought it prudent to wear masks. I approached the bar and Angelina, still smirking asked, “What can I get for You”, as she lent a condescending eye to her friends. I simply asked for a menu and returned to our table. We all felt so looked done upon and uncomfortable that we decided to leave. Obviously, we will not be back, and we will share our humiliating experience with our family, friends, and co-workers.

NO MASKS?!? If it matters to anyone, we walked in at 4:15 pm on a Friday with masks on. We were the only people we could see properly wearing masks. Three hostesses at door--no masks. At least six kitchen personnel visible--no masks. Bus personnel were observed wearing masks as chin straps. No social distancing of any kind observed. We chose to leave and eat elsewhere.

Who doesn't love a good local pizza, in a place with a fun family friendly atmosphere. Well if you find yourself in the Daytona area, this stop is sure to please the family. Whether you like a traditional crust, thin crust or even Sicilian style pan, they have it and they are all perfectly baked in as stone oven. Top it with your favorite toppings and before you know it the family will be chowing down. Not in the mood for pizza, then don't over look the rest of the menu including their salads, wings, and more.

This pizza is straight fire! It's great that you can order all meat, all veggie, or a combo. The guys behind the counter are always sweet to the kids and either give them dough to play with or teach them about making pizza. The salads are fresh and refreshing, the service is fantastic. Clean and delightful. The dessert counter is gorgeous but we're always so full we have yet to try it. One of these days!

Heard good things about their pizza so couldn’t wait to try it! Started off good , greeted quickly, fun atmosphere. Ordered a large salad which was very good. Then waited an hour for two pizzas, which were served 15 minutes apart and to top it off two tables that sat after us were served their pizza at least 10 minutes before us. Pizza was just Ok, sauce had no flavor, cheese was not of good quality, slices were cut in a vast array of sizes. So disappointed. .

Will never go to Giuseppe's again. Being raised in Port Orange, and on a local soccer team when I was a kid we used to go to Giuseppe's all the time. Pizza was amazing. I wasn't going to write a review but every time I hear Giuseppe's or drive by it all I can think about is horrible food I had while I was there. Went there about a month ago after getting recommendations about their "best buffalo chicken sandwich" when on the menu it says chicken breast fried tossed in your favorite buffalo sauce. Okay, sounds good right? The sandwich comes out it definitely wasn't a chicken breast, I was searching for the chicken and long behold they're the Tyson chicken tenders with rib meat. I overheard the manager arguing with the server saying "That is a chicken breast" I just laughed at that point. So moral of the story: Their buffalo chicken sandwich is a Buffalo Chicken Strip Sandwich.

My sister and I took our parents here for the Steeler game on Sunday. We got here early to get a good seat and some of there friends came so we ended up having 6 people with us. The atmosphere was great, our server was amazing and got us everything we needed and more. The food was so good. We got the bread sample platter to start with since we knew we'd be there for awhile. For our meal we got 20 wings and a large pizza which was on special for $30. The food was so good! My dad and I also split a pitcher of Blue Moon which we ended up realizing was only $8 so that was a pleasant surprise. We will absolutely be back for another game!

One of my favorite pizza joints in town. Love the service I get from Mindy Everett, she is the best server I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Always with a smile and friendly service.

I have been going to Giuseppe’s for years. Went out to dinner this evening with my family of four. We ordered the new Sicilian pizza. The pizza took longer then usual due to it being busy, which I understand. But when we got the pizza, we ordered veggies on it, and it honestly looked like they grabbed a pound of them and piled them on the pizza, I couldn’t even see the cheese. Then to top it off,the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way, cheese was not melted all the way it was still tough... long story short we each only ate one piece of pizza and there was about 12 or more pieces we left cause no one in our family liked it at all. Then when we got the bill they double charged us for toppings, which are 1.50 piece ( hence the reason it was completed covered heavily with veggies) and we did not ask for extra at all. Especially since we have 2 toddlers who like only cheese. Highly disappointed because I have been going there for years. So un satisfied we left a whole big pizza on the table., completely untouched. They knew we weren’t happy because I spoke to the server when she asked for a to go box and I said no thank you I didn’t really enjoy it and she said I’m sorry, and did absolutely nothing to try and make us satisfied. Sorry Giuseppe’s but you lost a loyal customer. Complete waste of my hard earned money.

Recently moved to the area from NEPA so I know good pizza, lol! We had pizza with pepperoni that was delicious, hot wings that were good but could have used more sauce & 2 tossed salads. Service was good, food was good, will definitely be back!

This place used to be our favorite place to order, but they close whenever they want and the manager refused to talk to me when I expressed my frustration to the staff. Poorly run business. Unfortunately, will never order there again.

Absolutely ❤️💜💚 the food! But, the waitress absolutely insisted they never have served a beer(Coors), which we ordered & received just a week ago. Disappointed. Customers always right. Always go above and beyond.

Overpriced pizza and rude employees. Skip this place and go to Slyce Pizza instead.

The wings were perfect!!!! Loved them. The Sicilian was good . Sorry but was born & raised in wilkes barre /Scranton pizza capital of the world!!!! But mindy was outstanding . we'll be back with my friends charlotte Jubinski !!
