Downwind Cafe - Port Orange - Photo album

Food was good, eggs cooked as requested. Potatoes were cooked and seasoned well, definitely an addition to the dish. Will recommend a try if in the area.
I realize the US is short staffed. I get it. But I have been here plenty of times during the pandemic when I lived in South Daytona and haven't had the issues I had today. I fly in here almost every weekend, as I recently moved to Melbourne now and find the convenience worth the trip. But I waite
Name one other restaurant in the Daytona Beach area where the service is exceptional, the food is great, the prices are reasonable, is staffed by the kindest, friendliest staff AND a circa WW2 P-51 Mustang fighter will taxi right up to the outdoor cafe? I’ll wait…
Great place for lunch! Fast, friendly service. Our party of 4 was seated quickly and the food was awesome; wraps, tuna melt, salads, burgers and more were all fresh and delicious. Will be back!
Very nice spot - sat outside. Great service and decent menu choices. Beer & wine selection limited (we’re craft beer fans). Good value
Food and stuff were excellent! Steak and mushroom risotto is highly recommended. Probably one of the best restaurants I have found in the Daytona area..
Very good food. I had the salmon and fries my wife had BLT (thick cut bacon), Grill cheese and a side salad ànd.my.other son had rye bread patty melt.
Great service, we were seated as soon as we walked in and served our drinks which for sweet tea was made great! Especially having peach tea too. Timing between our appetizers and lunch was well done and it all came out delicious! The plating was pretty too! I had just the basics of fried mozzarella
