Monterey Grill

If you are looking for a quiet place for dinner, Monterey Grill is your spot. It seems to be extremely busy during lunch, but you can get their great food and excellent service at dinner in a much less crowded atmosphere. We had no wait and our food was delivered promptly. Our waiter was attentive, but he did not try to be overly friendly. My favorite dish is the spinach salad with hot bacon dressing -- the combination of spinach, boiled eggs, apple and crispy chicken tenders is delicious. Reasonably priced, easy parking and friendly staff.

We thought we had a winner, but were we ever disappointed! In all fairness, the food was really good. However, we asked for their delicious rolls and things started going downhill. No rolls until 4 pm. It’s a rule. Any Sweet ‘n Low? No. Any to go cups ? We don’t have any. ( the host just happened to find 2 cups.). Also, we were charged extra for salad dressing (It’s a rule!). Well, we have a rule too. We don’t go to places that treat us this way. This is supposed to be California fresh. It’s certainly NOT Florida nice!

They have a calm, homey atmosphere and exceptional service, they treat their customers like friends. My parents come here every other week, and Erika always takes wonderful care of my parents and remembers their order everytime. Management always checks on every table, and their food is absolutely delicious and ALWAYS fresh. By far one of our favorite places to come for breakfast/lunch.

This place is always good. Brunch(weekends), lunch or dinner. Shrimp scampi is worth ordering for the garlic bread alone. Large shrimp, yummy sauce. I like that you can get lunch or dinner portions, anytime. First time trying the French dip sandwich. Very good. Their French fries are the best, but I could also have gotten sweet potato fries, also delicious, or fresh fruit. I got the Chicken walnut salad to go, for a friend. I really like their salads with the mini banana muffins.. Service is always good here.
