Local's Cafe - Port Jefferson - Photo album

Great local spot where almost anything on the menu can be made GF. The food is made with really fresh ingredients. The coffee is excellent, and they have a good selection of teas and homemade brewed iced teas. It's well paced for each time of day so you're not waiting too long and also not feeling r
I go to locals super frequently. The best vegan items on the menu are the veggie burger with the home sauce, and the tofu bhurji. I have been coming here for over 5 years and everything is always on point. The owner is a really nice and sweet guy, he seems to always try to be friendly with his custo
The food was awesome!! Great serving sizes and delicious!! The atmosphere was a little noisy but not loud. The service was quick and friendly! You order at counter and they bring your food to you. Decor was simple and industrial..... concrete floors. Attire is very relaxed. Nice place to gather with
Lovely place to read or catch up on work in the early mornings. I'll drive 26 mins just to have breakfast and coffee by the water before the afternoon on days I have off. The food, coffee, and service are always great!
Cool place for a quick coffee without the usual sugary siren or watery DD. Staff is nice and cool and it's a great option if you are waiting for the Port Jefferson Ferry.
Coffee and sandwiches are delicious and made with care, plus this is a nice place to work / meet up with someone. Especially recommend the bacon chicken sandwich.
A little off the main area, but well worth the walk! The cappuccino is so smooth and delicious. Cannot resist getting one everytime I'm down port! Also if you are looking for something a little stronger, they have a very nice section of craft beer as well. The food is good as well. Definitely chec
Cute, modern atmosphere. Food is always fresh and their menu caters to vegans and vegetarians as well as omnivores. If it's a nice day I highly recommend sitting outside to people (and dog!) watch while you eat.
The service was friendly and fast and the food was good. Plus, it was practically inside our building of the hotel where we were staying. Being close was a big plus for us after our crazy drive. Very good food! I'd eat there again.
It was so good I had to get a second drink to go.
Our favorite local spot. Excellent food and local kombucha! Caters to vegetarians, vegans and organic eating. Healthy food that tastes like heaven. Try the turmeric latte! Atmosphere and employees 5 stars as well 🌟
Great food, coffee, and service even on a packed morning before the 4th of July parade. Amazing how one women can work so fast and efficiently and always with a smile!
Best iced coffee 🀍 I get the iced coffee with oat milk and maple syrup.
Wonderful atmosphere. Coming here with a friend, family or on one's own is fantastic. The food is fresh and delicious, many excellent teas and coffee. The service is great, very kind and highly attentive to quality and to comfort. Tito loved it too πŸΆβ˜•πŸ”
Great coffee, staff, and space. The food is good for the most part, but the service is soul crushingly slow. I have routinely waited over 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich when the place was relatively empty. Bear that in mind when you are in a rush. The coffee comes out quickly, however. Definitely
Great coffee, comfy seats, quiet area and plenty of outlets. I'll be adding this spot to the rotation.
Stopped in for a really tasty brunch Saturday of the Dickens Festival. The food was all good and so was the coffee. I definitely recommend the β€œBumble” (orange juice + espresso).
Really enjoyed coming to locals these past couple of months! The staff are all super nice and I enjoy talking to them!
Fantastic food and coffee. The mocha is one of my favs, super flavorful without being over shadowed by the sweetness. The pancakes are also really good and surprisingly unique, which is hard to do with something so simple. πŸ‘
