Excellent food, head chef is great conversation and a real talent. Brunch on Christmas Eve was wonderful, and the cocktails were tasty too. 5/5, highly recommended

Go get festive here at Prohibition in Port Jeff. They have a great holiday drinks menu and the restaurant has been wonderfully decorated. We also enjoyed our entrees of a burger and a salad.

The cocktails, food, and especially the staff are absolutely awesome! Clean restaurant, fun menu and selection of drinks. You’re making a mistake if you eat anywhere else but here in the village. Happy Halloween!

We don't come often because it can be a bit pricey but the food is delicious. Our favorite appetizer is the mac and cheese wonton. They also make it as a mashed potato wonton seasonally. Both are absolutely worth every bite. The cheese sauce is fire.
Inside is small and cozy. The staff is super friendly. Sometimes they take a little longer than needed to come back to check in but not a big deal, it could be my concept of time is skewed, haha.
Definitely recommend trying Prohibition Kitchen; you won't be disappointed.

This is a super nice spot. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars all over the board, is because I'm a condescending dude from Manhattan...
The food is super fresh and good for food outside of the city. The salad had a bit too much dressing, and the dressing is not 100% accurate. But again for a spot outside of the city it's really nice.
Same with the service, the bartender, is really sweet and does her best.

Prohibition Port Jeff’s instagram has been making my mouth water for years on instagram and it’s taken me way too long to finally get there and after making it there yesterday for the first time, it was more than worth the wait! Everything was perfect in my experience. Our hostess was both informative extremely inviting, and attentive as she took the best care of me and my wife as we waited for a table to open up on a busy and beautiful day in Port Jeff. We ended up ordering the special monthly cocktail on her recommendation as we hung out by the bar, where all of the patrons were welcoming, and we relished in how good the recommended Bloody Mary was! The atmosphere was so chill, warm, and cozy. After being seated our waitress was as diligent as they come. Taking our order promptly and making sure our water was always filled. The food was out of this world delicious! I partook in a boozy brunch with my wife where I had the Belgian waffle and it was honestly one of the best breakfasts I’ve had on Long Island. My partner got a Benny bowl that she couldn’t help but share just to have me join in on tasting how exquisite the roasted veggies and potatoes were. The whole experience was memorable and I honestly cannot wait to come back here throughout the summer!

Food and service were great. Ambience is adorable. Only concern was that it was cold inside. Even the wait staff was cold. Of course, it was single digits outside. Would be great if a little warmer!

The gusto and got a chicken sandwich on a donut with sausage gravy .. I’m in love .. I have not felt this happy eating something so unhealthy in a long time . The place is small and quint . Cool vibes . Im walking out smiles ear to ear .
