Pizza Hut

The food was awful. It was like they gave us a pizza that was sitting out all morning. The crust was like undercooked card board. I cant believe they charged almost $40 for two pizzas. My guys I work with threw it against the wall after taking a bite and gagging. I did call and ask what happened. They re-made it, wasnt much better, especially for the price. You might want to try going somewhere else before this location being your Go-To for Pizza Hut.

I had a very rude delivery driver rudely tell me that I should have given him the building number. I told him that my light was on and I was standing in the door waiting for him. He tried to call me a liar and he hung up on me. I walked outside to get the building number and and he wouldn't answer his phone when I called him right back to give him the number. This man never even showed up with my order. When I called the restaurant they said he wasn't even answering them. So no pizza tonight. I was told my credit card wouldn't be charged and that I would have a store credit the next time. The young man on the phone was very nice and apologized for my experience. I order from this establishment all the time and even buy large amounts for my staff and I have never had a problem before. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for my pizzas from now on. They need to hire people that give good customer service.

Great pizza and prices but I do have one problem, what is it with the waiting times? I was in a empty pizza hut (empty of customers) And I ordered two large pizzas. It took them two hours to complete and I find that odd as they can deliver 4 in 45 minutes. And it only happens when I visit the restaurant. So I find it very very odd.

Old buffet pizza! Never refilled our water! Ordered wings (which we do every time we get the buffet) we always get the sauce on the side. They put sauce on our wings without even telling us they have a "new" rule and cannot leave the wings plain. Set them at the table and never came back. I will NEVER be back again. I always came here growing up and it was the same waitress, she was amazing! Since she left a couple of years ago it has never been the same. I cannot see this location staying open more than a couple more years. Sad!

Price was ok, employees had no idea on how to ring up a coupon they had posted in their window. Pizza was slightly undercooked. Some suggestions I have for their employees is, dont touch your face, handle money, scratch your hair and go back to making food!! Yikes!! Health hazard!! Place used to be better. Sad owners let this behavior go on and let their businesses go down hill.

This Pizza Hut is poorly managed. Staff has zero training in guest satisfaction. Uniforms, and attitudes are sloppy. Restaurant itself is old and rundown. While waiting for food, look close at boxing station. Grease covered, food particles all over. Gross. Even the pizza cutting blade is covered in food. Place needs new management, and a complete cleaning. Bathrooms! I will never order here.

DO NOT GO TO PIZZA HUT!!! It was so bad we could not eat it. Raw pizza isn't that appetizing. Then getting the bill I was charged more than what I was told the price was. $14.47 was on my bill, however, my total was a whopping $27. Almost double, hhhmmmm??? When I questioned about the difference I was told that was the old prices. I told them they cannot charge me any more than what my bill says, her reply, "yes I can". Service was non existent. Had to get my own plates, napkins, booster seat for my child. When I complained I got " just give him 20% off". That didn't even cover the extra money they were scamming from me. Long story long, I walked out never to return, and I suggest you do the same. If I could give negative stars, I certainly would.

As a kid our family went to pizza hut as a "spoil you dinner " I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizza, the crust was thinner than the box it came in, tasted almost like the box. The cheese on it was crusty the the pizza you get at the gas station @ 11pm right before they throw it out from lunch. Cost me $38(usd) In all truth I would have rather gone to speedway and got a microwave pizza, half cooked
