Ferino's Pizzeria

My family and I just ordered a veggie pizza for the first time from this place and we were blown away. Their veggie pizza is the best veggie pizza we have all ever eaten. The combination of veggies they use and the fresh homemade dough is superb! Reminds me a lot of New York pizza. The restaurant is extremely clean, the smells are heavenly and the service is positive and genuine. This is our new go-to pizza place. We are willing to drive an hour for their pizza. Can't wait to try everything else!

My co-worker and I went there for a quick lunch and had the lunch combo; it's 7.95 for 2 slices of pizza plus a drink or 1 slice, a drink and choice of Caesar salad or house salad. Our pizzas were warmed and orders prepared quickly. I got the veggie pizza and Caesar salad. They don't skimp on the toppings and pizza was okay, don't expect Chicago or New York pizza. I gave it four stars because service was friendly, there was lots of parking and for about $8 you get a pretty decent quick lunch.

We ordered one small two topping pizza and one large four topping pizza for pick up. The woman taking orders said it would be ready in 20 minutes. She spoke fast and we thought she may have said the total was $51. We called back one minute later to verify and she confirmed that the one large pizza (15”) was $31! We asked to change it to a small but she said the pizza was already made, which was a lie. We literally called 60 seconds ago. This is more expensive than higher priced wood fired pizza places near Seattle. We canceled our order since they would not accommodate a change. We’re all for supporting local business, but this wasn’t adding up.

Ferino's offers the Hadlock/Irondale area a good pie and friendly service. The bacon cheeseburger pizza is really good and if you dine in, there's a selection of beer available also. Specialty pizzas every month keep the menu fresh and are very good. They're basically the best pizza joint for the areas between Port Townsend and Silverdale if you don't want to go to those cities. The motto is true: "Pizza worth driving for".
