The Dip Net Restaurant - Port Clyde - Photo album

My girlfriend and I went here by recommendation and it did not disappoint. We are from New York and always look forward to finding nice spots with outdoor seating and of course great seafood. This place hit that mark. The outdoor area had a lovely view of the port. We got a couple of cocktails,
Decent place. The service is perfunctory but the food is very good and the location is unmatched. The fish in the haddock sandwich is extremely tender. The fried cheese curds are awfully good but - weirdly - they're even better after 45 seconds in the microwave.
I had a blackened headache sandwich with sweet potato fries the wait staff was awesome and it's always nice to be down on the coast food was great. How was the Allagash White beer.
Absolutely one of our favorite places! Everyone is incredibly nice. Excellent food and great location. If the wait is long, bring a table cloth and set up on the neighboring dock. Love this place. Can't wait to come back next year. Be safe! Sorry for the duplicate sandwich photos. Fried haddock san
Great place to eat/drink on a nice weather day. Good on-tap beer choices & fresh food. The crab & lobster dip was outstanding. Double meat lobster roll was good… wish it had a touch more mayo but that’s a personal preference. Would come back again for sure
I’ve eaten at this place for decades during my summer trips to Maine. It’s been through a number of owners—some better than others—and right now the menu and service is great. I love how they let you tailor your lobster rolls (naked, light Mayo, butter only, etc) and their Caesar salad is also a fav
Second time to this establishment. The food is delicious and well prepared. The service could have been a little more attentive but it was a crowed night when we visited. The spider webs could have used some attention as well. Bring your mosquito spray.
Casual atmosphere with picnic table seating. Good tunes and friendly, fun staff. Excellent pan seared scallops....tender and lightly seasoned. Perfection! Haddock tacos are yummy, too!
This restaurant was recommended by a friend who previously lived in the area. SOOO GLAD WE WENT THERE!! There was a bit of a wait, but eateries are in tough shape re help right now. That being said, we had great service and the food was DELISH!! We had lobster rolls ( lots of meat...the lightly heat
Cannot beat this location on a sunny day overlooking Port Clyde’s active harbor. Good food on picnic tables. Service is good but often busy.
If you want the essence of Coastal Maine this is for you. Excellent seafood choices and some great non-seafood food choices. Everything is prepared perfectly and very fresh. The wait staff is attentive during this trying time. Get there early to be seated. And the view is the bay from the dock which
Very slow - but seemed ver limited staff. Our server Madison was fantastic! Dodd was really good. Nice to be right at the water
Out of the way, great restaurant. Friendly and accommodating staff! Worth the drive!!
Great place to go for eats! Wonderful food and atmosphere!
