Dudes this is at a travel stop. You know what you're getting. If you want 5 stars you'd do well to exit the thruway. My cheeseburgers were all onion and mustard, and my kids nuggets looked double fried. It was fast though, and that is what matters when you're driving 10 hours a day.

It was 1:40am & my partner & i had been driving for hours and on maps, the port bryon mcdonald’s said it was open 24hrs so we stopped here because we were so hungry and needed a drink. Got in there to see mcdonald was closed (the gate wasn’t down but registers were all off). However who i assumed to be the manager, came right up to us and at least got us drinks. We were very appreciative. 4 stars because they should probably update their hours but the employee was extremely nice!

It was bit overpriced. But they served me the best McChicken sandwiches I ever had. Good food and a place to park. What else a trucker needs. 5 stars.

Such an awesome staff, my dog and I were traveling to PA/NJ from upstate NY. It was a super long day as I was moving and my car was packed so we went thru the drive thru, when the girl handed me my order she gave me a burger from her coworkers for my dog. It was so unexpected and just what I needed to remind me that there truly are angels out there in this world. My dog loved it!

The only guy working and was waiting in 6 people at once was up before 5am and had coffee brewing. That means alot to some of us truckers. He filled my pilot travel mug and gave me a discount. He knows how to support us truckers and he was a great guy.

The service was awesome because the crew was fantastic. However, when we got down the highway and started eating, we found a huge chunk of hair in our food. What we did get to eat before we lost our appetites, was good though.

Mcdonald's is great. BUT, drive through.. one car at a time along with a 20 minute to wait. So if you are traveling give yourself extra time if you are going to stop for coffee and eats. Happy traveling everyone. Drive safely.
