Jack In The Box

Never have what I want like the sourdough bread or the chocolate overload cake and then the drive-thru never works you sit there for almost 20 minutes and nobody ever comes on the speaker drive through. When you just sit again another 10 minutes at the window. PLEASE SAVE YOUR GAS AND DON'T GO AT 4am it's even worse the computers are always down. I mean get it together already.

Man I'm really lax when it comes to reviewing places like jack in the box only because you're eating fast food and you'll inconsistencies. But man we went here last night and bought 2 sourdough burgers and we got a burger with a freaking end peice to the loaf of bread! Something like that is just plain unacceptable. That's not even mentioning how they threw a small peice of bacon and squirt of mayo on there. Seriously whoever made this thing don't care even a lil bit about the end product. I'd be scared that they may even do something to the good. We hadn't had jack in the box for awhile, not sure when I'll be ready to go back.

Two times in a row that I've been here they've messed my order up somehow. Fiance ordered a bacon ultimate with no condiments, the first time they messed up they gave him two buns and a meat patty. Second time was an uber order. They put all condiments on his burger and forgot both of our drinks. Fries tasted stale and old. We went & they were lazy enough to send us to the other Jack in the Box by Walmart. Customer service came off as lazy. To get good quality Jack in the Box, id recommend going to the one by Walmart as previously mentioned.

I don't live here in Nederland, I'm closer to orange. But everytime I come to this location. Their employees are very friendly and sweet. A couple are clearly young high school students. But he was trying hard and he got it done. I just wanted to brag on them tonight after I just left there and again! Always a pleasant experience.

Horrible experience I just had right now ! We went through drive-thru and I was there for 15 minutes and the line seemed to not be moving at all so my husband decided to go inside and the guy employee at the front was so rude and unprofessional saying out loud that he was going to quit and then the other employee in the back was in his phone that’s why the food was taking forever , my husband got so uncomfortable and we just left . We’re never going back there again ! So unprofessional
