The locals like to rag on this place whether they are snobs or ex employees, but it's good every time I go. I went today and the lady came out right away with drinks and the food was a short wait.

I'm always treated very well.
They don't usually put napkins in the bag.
Will bring some if you ask but I think napkins shouldn't optional.
Otherwise the food is always delicious.
Speaker is friendly and concise, carhop always polite and helpful. Sometimes mistakes are made but I've always been satisfied with how I was taken care of afterwards.
Management always helpful when you need them.
Sometimes food is a little slow, but that's not a regular situation.
I would recommend to everyone!!!!

2 years ago, this place wasn't doing so well, but now they improved their quality.
The food, drinks, and customer service have gotten way better than before. The only downfall is the menu boards act up at times, making it to where sometimes they have to come out to your car to take your order. Not all Menus act up.
I just hope that the owner of the business gets new ones or fixes them.
Plus give their employees a raise for being great workers.

Fast service & my daughter & I both went there to get half price drinks by ordering from the app & she got the new Sour Patch float/slush & I was shocked. I really didn't think it was going to be any good but it was very good but also very sour. I recommend trying it out, it's pretty wild

I was not a happy customer......customer service is everything. The oder was correct but it was not issued in a timely fashion.....the car hop seems as if they didn't want to b at work....3 ppl got they oder befor me and i was there and done ordering well before the came to oder and i still left after them drive-thru is priority if you are hiring ill be more then happy to join your management team! I have the experience.
