Service was great—very friendly. We both had crawfish etouffée and it was very tasty. Not too spicy. Fresh bread as soon as you sit down with lots of butter! We could see the Cajun specials on other tables—it looked delicious—but we were still full from a large lunch. Great 80s music!

First time here, VERY awesome! Took my daughter and her friends here for dinner. Just so happened to be crawfish season... ohhh yaaaa. We tore them up! Very good on the spices. Even as busy as they were they kept it flowing. Great experience, thank you!

This place was SO good! We had the cajun boil, dirty beans, and etouffee, and all were very tasty. Our waitress Talitha was very observant for refills and quick to take our order and deliver our food. We will definitely return. The later it got in the evening the busier they got, but there's an overflow room for waiting with drinks and alcohol. Just make sure you bring cash because only the restaurant accepts cards, the waiting area is cash only. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our evening at the Crazy Cajun!!

Awesome and delicious! Everything I had was really good and flavorful. Even though it was a packed house the service was still good. I'm definitely stopping by again on my next visit to Port A!

I wish I could give it more starts but there was a young man who was working wearing head phones and on his phone he got his bear hands put the bread to warm in the microwave and while it was heating took his head phones off ran his fingers threw his hear looked at his phone and then grabbed the bread with his bear hands and served it to a family with small kids they served ribs that were steamed just made me feel as if the restaurant didn't have good management and structure, no one wore gloves in the back as you can see straight to the back from the front door the waiter was great he did his job well .

High quality food can not replace a good service experience.
We understand it was busy, so servers focus more in taking care of small tables because your “5 people or more gratuity added” policy secures their higher tip so they do not treat us with good quality service?
Our kids meals arrived late, drinks delayed, server was always rushed to go every time we needed something, and on top of that you take my decision to rate your service by enforcing to pay an amount not deserved?
Please get this message to your staff so future customers can enjoy more of the value you guys bring to the table.

Awesome 👏 crawfish, sausage, crab legs and the fixings! Fast service and enjoyed the time! Friendly and staff was on top of it getting it all together and delivered the best.

CROWDED ! peoples butts & hands literally brushed our food as they went back & forth to their tables. That kinda ruined everything else. We looked forward to this meal all week. 🙄🥺
