Review New Day Eatery - Port Angeles

OUTSTANDING!!! We loved it so much we came back the next day!!! First of all, the food. Best Brussels sprouts we’ve ever had!! Cooked perfectly and seasoned like I’ve never had, SO GOOD. I subbed the Turkey for chicken on the panini and it was phenomenal. My fiancé had the avocado toast and said it was amazing. We both ordered lattes and loved them so much we ordered 2 more before leaving. We had Caesar salads with chicken the second day! This was a perfect place to stop after hiking all morning! Second of all, the staff and atmosphere. Emmalee was our waitress and she was super helpful navigating the area for ideas of things to do. She was fast and helpful with the menu as well. The atmosphere is adorable and they even have a map you can pin where you’re from!!! Nice clean bathrooms. We took a trip to Washington and would highly recommend for anyone visiting!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Excellent food and service! They have a new menu which has even more vegan, vegetarian, and meat-lovers options. The veggie burger and breakfast sandwich were both delicious! Definitely get the potato rounds on the side. They also have a wide selection of beverages including flavored lemonades and ice teas. The restaurant has a fairly large dining room and a handful of tables outdoors on the sidewalk. If eating outside, you order food at the counter and they’ll bring it out to you. The staff was very friendly and the service was extremely quick on a summer Friday at lunch time. The restaurant and restrooms were clean.

Chanced upon this charming eatery driving past Port Angeles. Great service, best coffee, and the food is awesome. Waitress always comes around to see if we are doing well. If you are in town, drop in, and you shouldn't be disappointed. We left very satisfied.

Beautiful cafe near the waterfront in Port Angeles. Fantastic selection of vegetarian sandwiches and salads. All are fresh and flavorful. And lots of baked items. Friendly and helpful staff.

I just had the best PNW lunch ever at New Day Eatery in Port Angeles: Smoked salmon frittata with asparagus and sweet onion inside the frittata and arugula on the side. Roasted veggies are yam, baby potatoes, and amazing fiddlehead fern tips. Then garnished with a thin slice of radish. Drink is Earl Grey, rose, and cream 😋 - the BEST 👌

Delicious breakfast! Awesome coffee! Great service! This place has it all, my husband got his normal meat & potatoes plate & I got the vegan option. It blew my socks off, these people know how to make flavorful, high quality reg & vegan food. We loved the complimentary lemon & cucumber water, which definitely helped digest a big breakfast. We got delicious lattes served in huge mugs, we couldn’t even finish it all it was so delicious. Our waitress had many tables but always found time to check on us, make sure we didn’t need anything & she had great recommendations. They told us on the way out they were starting to offer a weekend brunch service- which means we have yet another reason to make this our go-to breakfast spot.

Absolutely the best restaurant we visited while spending 5 days in Port Angeles Coffee was great. The potatoes were even better. There were vegan & GF options. Everything was clearly made, not microwaved. Our server was delightful but not overwhelming. We really enjoyed the half booth along the window.

Outdoor seating was a plus with the pups being with us. The Cuban panini was amazing. The pups loved the pup burger. The service was good and my watermelon lemonade mimosa was delicious.

Well, it is a vegan restaurant. Didn't know that from the looks of it until we read the menu. Wife and I both landed on the one decent normal meal on the menu, biscuits and gravy. Everything else was out of our comfort zone if I'm being honest. Yet, the biscuits and gravy were different in a yummy good way. Wasn't the normal country style gravy you'd expect. I would definitely order them again! The side of sliced deep fried potatoes were pretty good too. Service was top notch. Dude with dreads that greeted and served us was a really nice dude. Food was served quickly not much of a wait at 10:30am. Restaurant was very clean! We sat in the window boot looking out at Chase Bank lol. All in all , a pretty good place to drop in an eat. 4 star because it'd be nice to know it's a vegan restaurant. 5 star about everything else.

The place was a great cute little cafe and had multiple vegetarian options which was a win! We ordered two burgers and a taco platter. The veg burgers were heavenly. We also ordered 2 desserts, a cinnamon bun and a special from their counter. Both super yum again! Location was great since the US Canada border driveway is just a block away and great to spend the evening!

The restaurant offers very chic menu. It is a breakfast lunch juice bar with desserts all in one place. The Green One juice is very powerful health and be ready for it. :-) I took the guacamole hamburger special with a Moroccan lentils soup. My wife had the Chicken Bahn Mi sandwich which is like the Vietnamese cold cut sandwich. The home made potato round was unique. I noticed the ketchup at the restaurant is less salty and definitely less sugar. It actually had real tomatoe taste. I will try the other dishes on the menu next time.

Turkey panini is to die for, fries that came with it were just okay but that’s alright the panini really made up for it will definitely be back.

Food was so delicious. If you are a vegetarian , or vegan , or even someone who eats meat this is the place to go. Incredible flavor combinations, nothing is bland, all super flavorful. The mimosa flight was on point as well. Larger glasses than other places we have ate at. Look forward to going back very soon. All the staff was top notch as well. Thank you so much for the great food !.

I'm ashamed to say we've live here for 8 years and only just now discovered this place! They have a bakery and a restaurant and both are great! From the bakery, you've got to get the bread pudding! It's the best I've had. I love the variety of the restaurant menu. Brunch, burgers, salads, kids menu, and the largest vegan menu I've seen in the area. So something for everyone. And it's one block up from the ferry, so it's great for visitors.

The staff are tremendous fun and clearly love their jobs. That speaks volumes for the management, and the food has been excellent. Every time I’ve been. Whether it’s eggs cooked to perfection, the incredible potato rounds, which are unparalleled anywhere in the country, and the delightfully diversecultures represented on the menu! You can’t go wrong with anything you choose here. What a treasure for Port Angeles.
