Food here is always good. L9ve the fries, burgers, and hotdogs. A little steep for what it is, but I know that and still go. Food must be good.

Everyone knows 5 guys makes a great burger. A little on the pricier side but quality comes at a cost. This review is given for an employee there. Noah S. What a delightful young man. He provided incredible customer service. In these days and times that deserves special recognition. We’ll be back for sure and if you haven’t been, go!

Good food, has gotten pricey…. Wow. I wasn’t expecting that. Restaurant was not busy at our visit. Place was clean and ready. Service was ok.

What can you say, it's burgers and fries. But actually I had an overpriced hot dog which tasted good but seem high for what it was. Fries of course can feed a small battalion. Nice and clean and good service. A little hard to get to tucked in the corner of the shopping center

Everything was so perfect. Everyone on staff looked clean and professional we came from beaufort to shop at sams and had lunch here so we would not buy everything in site at Sam's Club. Thank goodness for a wonderful experience and vwry fresh and tasty food.

I went to Five Guys Pooler specifically to get a milkshake, but their machine was broken. I've been here several times and the milkshake machine is down about 30% of the time--this is especially disappointing when I come here for a shake with my granddaughter whose expectations are high. But for that I would give the food five stars. Other Five Guys stores seemingly have abandoned their milkshake reduction. Why not have a backup plan, a second machine, or make repairs when necessary? In my own workplace, I had redundant machines because I expected machine failures but needed to be operational all the time--I couldn't just shrug my shoulders. I had a backup plan. Five Guys could too. The burgers are excellent, but cost about 12 bucks for a burger. It's a bit loud both inside and outside with the music, but I get that that is their schtick.

Prices are climbing up due to our economy unfortunately, but still one of the best burgers you can buy.
