I was told to wait 25 minutes on chicken but obviously I wasn’t waiting on chicken because it was cold, dry and taste old. This place is going back down hill again. This was my last ride with this place I’ll drive to Tupelo before I go back there. DONT SERVE PEOPLE FOOD YOU WOULD NOT EAT!!!

worst place to stop. I done an online order that was supposed to be ready when I got there and it was not waited for 20 more minutes for it and then when I get home they sent none of the biscuits should have 6 paid extra for them and supposed to have had 8 chicken strips that looked more like chicken nuggets and everything was cold I will never waste anymore of my money there ever again and to top it of I tried to call up there and the only number listed is a fax number so you can't call them to tell them that they are idoits

Worst service in town. They rush you at the speaker and then complain when you ask for something to be adjusted at the window. They waited til after payment to inform us they didn’t have an item we ordered. Had to ask for our drinks and then didn’t receive any of the sauce we asked for.

I have been to this location several times. You just never know what type of service or food you may receive. I ordered an extra side and did not receive it once I figured it out down the road. The food is mediocre. Fast service if that's what you need just as I did.

They were VERY short staffed. Only two people working. But they were polite and courteous even though they looked exhausted. Food was good as I expected also. It obviously took a while to get our food but I was in no hurry.

If they had a half of a star it would be too much. Short staffed or not doesn't equal to a manager to be rude to a customer because she asked how long it would be. I placed an online order that was suppose to be ready by 524 it is now 20 minutes later so asking how long it would take isn't a bad question. If you don't like your job maybe you should find another one

I wish it were possible to leave 0 stars. I advise STRONGLY against going to this KFC location. I understand the labor shortage but if they’re this short in labor, they don’t need to be open. I ordered on the app at 4:57PM. Arrived in the drive thru at 5:23 and was asked to pull to the front of the store and they would bring it out. It was a large order (two 8pc dinners) so I waited about 30 minutes before I got frustrated. I then tried to call the store to cancel my order and get a refund. I attempted to call 4 times without an answer. I then drove back around to the drive thru. All I got was “hold on” so I did. For 10 minutes. Never got anyone back on. Mind you this is $50 that I’m trying to get back. Not just a $5 meal. Finally got corporate customer service on the phone after calling twice and listening to elevator music for 10 minutes. Finally spoke to someone at 6:30PM. Only to be told it would be 72hrs for my money to go back on my card. Not even an apology. Save yourself the headache and having to run home and make dinner last minute 🙄🙄

The cashier did tell my wings would take 15min ,the wings were very dry and tasted bad it was a $24 throw away poor service .would never purchase at this location anymore.
