Rudest drive thru worker I have ever seen. I know it was Christmas Eve when I pulled up to the drive thru but have respect for your guest we're paying and supporting the establishment. On top of getting hostile attitude from the worker the food was cold and nuggets where dry. Worst experience ever at this McDonald's day shift is usually really nice. But I will definitely not forget this moment ever. The only reason I didn't ask for a refund was the young lady at the window whispered to me ma'am I'm so sorry. She's a real keeper she did nothing wrong and apologized for her coworkers behavior I asked her name it was Jesse I believe really hope she has the best Christmas ever and thank you young lady for your kind words.

I try not to complain but I was a manager at Hardees for 3 years in Alabama so I just feel like this needs to be said so the crew members can work on this. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was cold and it was real dry. There was nothing crispy about it it was just cold and dry. I haven't ate all day so I was excited about having a hot crispy chicken sandwich. I never go to McDonald's much so I thought what the heck I'll try it out. It is 4:00 in the afternoon so I understand it's not during the peak hours. When I work at Hardee's and it was in between peak hours or when it was slow if a chicken sandwich is ordered you drop the chicken per order if you have to pull the car I would rather be pulled than eat a cold Dry sandwich. Next time I come through I'll just make sure to say will you drop it and cook it fresh I don't mind if I get pulled. The principal of it is you may have to throw chicken in the garbage can and it go against food cost but you'll have more customers come back because of the quality and freshness of the food if you drop it when they order or serve it during the time it should be served if it's been sitting on the tray for more time than it's supposed to throw it in the garbage can. I'll be coming back I'll just ask for it to be dropped and cooked fresh and they can just pull me I'll wait. 😁 Like I said I try not to complain or grip about anything I just feel like this needs to be said so maybe they can start practicing this 😁 if it's not said how are the managers supposed to know 🤷

Tried to get breakfast this morning and I swear they made everything yesterday in anticipation of a rush or something this morning. McMuffins ( all 3 of them) were so hard we literally couldn’t bite through them so we just ate the eggs and sausage. The tea was horrible and sour and was obviously from the night before, as it had that taste from tea that had sat out all night long. I will say the hash browns were hot and crispy at least. Can’t get a frappe here if your life depended on it so don’t even bother asking. May as well take them off the menu. If anything else had been open we would not have tried to eat here because it is always something.

I have always gotten old cold food here. I went inside to ensure I got hot food. I asked for my order to be cooked fresh. The order came up in less than 2 minutes. Instead of making the nuggets fresh they dropped old nuggets back into the oil. My nuggets were very greasy. Inside the restaurant was a mess and there were no customers.
