Would have been nice to have gotten food. We were there for 5 minutes before the cashier said he would be right with us. He took orders from four more drive thru customers and that is when we decided to go elsewhere. Sorry BK. You need to have employees who care for their appearance and not wear ratty dirty clothes and care about all customers.

I received this . And called about being served old food. & the manager Brittany was very rude and disrespectful towards me . Trying to tell me that my food was fresh . It also looked as if someone took a bite out of the French toast smh!!

The tables were filthy. . . ALL OF THEM! the person working the drive thru was sitting in the lobby. What may have been a supervisor was on her phone in the lobby. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned since the Clinton Administration. The ONLY saving grace was the lady that took our order. She was pleasant and professional.

So my experience around my area with Burger King has not been very good. So I'm like let me try one outside my area since I'm in Pontiac. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was super helpful and polite. I really hope anyone who visits this location has the same experience I did. Thank you!

I prefer the old fries better. Love the bacon king sandwich. I hope they find enough workers to keep the place open. It was too cold inside to eat in, so we ate in our car, which is usually a no-no

Usually not a great experience but our drive thru lady Jessica was absolutely amazing amazing personality made sure our order was correct was very cheerful even though only 2 people were working and was semi busy

If you have $5.34 cents and you're driving by BK, you better get the new 2 for $5 mix and match Big Fish/Big King(big mac with bacon). Completely broke I scrounged up a couple sandwiches for next to nothing now a days.

Got a double cheeseburger and a hand blended chocolate shake. Both were excellent!! The young woman running the register was super nice and pleasant!!
