8:00 at night and had a long line at the drive through and many cars in the parking lot suggesting a very busy night. The crew, that was working, did a great job keeping things moving. They were polite and to the point. Burgers and onion rings were good and made the way we asked for them to be made.

Not happy at all with this place, there service & food is always dissapointing. I specifically have to ask for fresh fries Everytime and still they can't get it right. The burger we received tonight after waiting in the drive thru over 20 min. Was completely raw, you can even see the blood on the bun. Unacceptable. The only reason others probably still go here is because they don't know the definition of what good food is period!

Tired of being treated rudely by smart mouthed teenagers as I am saying please and thank you politely as if I am the customer service person and they are not. Totally tired of it. Where is the adults training these kids?!

Ordered a choco dipped STRAWBERRY.... I love the choco... And the vanilla? Where is the strawberry? Mind you the picture looks like it has pink in it but don't let it fool you it tastes only like vanilla and chocolate. Better luck next time...? Or is it going to be the same quality of every other trash fast food place in Pontiac. I'd rather drive the 45min to Bloomington for Culvers or Oberweis.

Drives me nuts when you order your food, they repeat it back, and its STILL wrong. I understand fast food companies have staffing issues but that's why they need to doublecheck things.

I usually don't have an issue with Dairy Queen. They used to get me very irritated when I'd order a blizzard and ask for extra ingredients, that I would get charged for, and then I get my blizzard and it's mostly ice cream, that doesn't even have the original amount of ingredients in it. They've gotten better about it. 😉
