We went to Monical's for lunch on Sunday.
The service and the food was very good. Our pizza came to us bubbling straight out of the oven.
Their sandwich selection is quite good, but sadly it's lesser known. Worth a try!

We ordered BBQ chicken pizza, sausage pizza, tortellini, and breadsticks
BBQ chicken was delicious! My favorite by far. Perfect amount of BBQ distributed amongst pizza. It was fabulous. Sausage was good too.
Tortellini left much to be desired. Not much flavor. Breadsticks were so messy from all the garlic. They didn't really look appetizing.
We ordered food to go so I cannot comment on the atmosphere.

I like the pizza, but they seem to really skimp out on pizza sauce. I always have to ask to add extra sauce. Also, for a thin crust pizza it's on the expensive side for pizza.

Given the choice of thin or pan crust I chose pan, expecting Chicago style. This was not that. The crust was a bit floppy and the ingredients were spare. Emily was a great server, though.

Great tasting pan pizza. We had the chicken bacon ranch - very good and hot. And the wings were large pieces. Would have got 5 stars if the service was a touch better. There seemed to be a bit of confusion but the staff was friendly.

Stopped in for a Saturday dinner visit and enjoyed it tremendously. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with our favorite toppings, crust had just the right bite, and broke a sweat with the spicy goodness. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere, surrounded by various memorabilia just so. We will make this a stop to remember on our trips along I-55. Thanks, Monical's!

Gross. I ordered a sandwich which they burned and put in the box anyway. The whole outside was solid black. I asked for Monical's Sweet & Tart dressing and was given french dressing. I figured, whatever lemme just eat the breadsticks. NOPE, there was hair baked INTO the breadstick. I took a bite and could see it sticking out of the middle. Absolutely disgusting.

We got very good service, and the pizza was excellent. Check out the family portion salad, it's a really good value!
