The drive-through line was short and moved fast! My Iced Capp was thick and good. It had just the right amount of ice and flavor! Service at the window was fast and efficient, even when scanning the QR code in app for reward points. The exterior of the building looks like an older Tim Hortons, so hopefully they'll remodel this location soon. Would definitely visit again!

617 Walton Pontiac Michigan absolutely the worst Tim Hortons in Oakland county. They never have the option to order from the app on the inside is open when they want to open it. And it takes over 30 minutes to even get to the order box. Only use to stop here because it was on my route to work but now I got past my job to the Adams and Walton Tim Hortons because the service is faster and better at every other Tim hortons

They never add espresso when asked even though I've paid for it. Staff is very rude, and they have no problem swearing in front of customers while your waiting for your food. The hours are never what's posted on the door or online.

Busy busy! But worth the wait. I tried the avocado toast... Yummy! There really isn't anywhere to back out of the drive thru line if you don't want to wait. I waited, lol.

Went through the drive thru and purchased 2 iced teas with a honey cruller. The drive thru person was very nice and didn’t give me attitude when I asked for a cup of ice. The tea is freshly brewed. The cruller was fresh. Great job with the customer service!!!
Recently returned and received an extra donut free of charge as the drive thru had a long wait.

The service on January 9, 2022 is indicative of this stores steady downfall in service. They can’t get it right. My food was not only wrong it was late. I had to wait at the other side of the store for a bagel that never came.

30 mins for a half filled cup of coffee and 1 bagel. What are you guys doing? This is the last time I go to Tim hortons at any locations ever. I wanted to leave but was trapped between cars. I swear I will tell everyone not to go to any tim hortons after this experience. Goodbye
