Customer service was great. Ordered a chicken southwest avocado salad, chili and three Jr cheeseburger for my kids since we were in the area. They forgot two of the burgers but the employees fixed it. Thank you. Didn’t have to wait long for the food at all.

I have had several bad times, but today sealed the deal. We bought three baked potatoes for $4 each, they were small like $1.50 worth of potato with measly burnt bacon. I added some fresh bacon, sour cream and butter when I got home.The burger bread is falling apart because it's stale and the burgers look like hockey puck's dry with no mayo, no onion's, a dab of ketchup. I tried to eat it be I don't have money to waste. The tiny potato that I came home and doctored up. Very disappointed I have been trying to call to no avail. I get it time's are hard, but it's not ok to give people anything!

I don't know what happened, but I got a burger that actually looked like the photograph! The bun wasn't flattened. TWO LEAVES of lettuce, fresh, green, and crisp! The tomatoes weren't flabby, and the meat was done well. Thanks team!

Very hit and miss over the past few months. 6pm on a Saturday, closed because "system down" give me break. When they are actually open, lines usually move slow, food generally not hot. Really wish they would pay these guys better.

Horrible experience!!!! The young lady kept my american express card. I didn't realize it till I got home. I called the manager and he was very rude. I had to drive all the way back to get my card and they didn't even apologize. Not to mention my food was nasty, the quality was extremely poor! Needless to say I will not be patronizing this particular location ever again!!!!

⚠️NOT AT ALL THE WORKERS FAULT⚠️
Make some great food, but nearly every Oakland county Wendy's closes early without notice very frequently. I suspect they have a bare bones staff/supply issues.
It's highly annoying to see "open from __ - __" and find that they are in fact closed. They should just adjust thier closing time to 8 or 9 for the weekdays and extend thier hours to 10pm/12am for the weekends.
