Pleasent, comfy, and a great hang out location for friends to gather.
They've got a nice shake selection, including a nice spiked shake selection, and a good bar as well.
The restaurant is nicely lit and the music isn't to loud, playing nice rock and pop music.
The Totchos are particularly fun side dish. I had the swamp burger and the pulled pork and spicy slaw in it were great. They also have no qualms about cooking a burger to order, I got mine medium rare, and it was perfect.
The food was out fairly quickly too and there was no wait going in at 7:30 on a Friday night.
All in all great place for burgers. Really they don't have to much else, but do what you do and do it well, and they make great burgers!

Quiet quick meal at M Shack tonite. Burger came out incorrectly as it was customized but they fixed it immediately and was spot on the next time. Ordered their homemade and very tasty applesauce.. that surprised me! Onion rings were good as well. Watched while the young lady was emptying the ice cream machine to clean it… can definitely recommend this location!

I've experienced "shrink-enomics" but this has to be the worst to date. Nothing says "build back better" like an order of fries that costs $3.50 that yields a 2/3's empty box. I have never been considered a pessimist... but the glass is more than half empty in this case. M Shack, take a note from 5 Guys if you truly think you can compete with them... FILL THE BOX, at the minimum. I can go to 5 Guys, get a bag full of fries and can still name the farm the potatoes came from.
Will I be back? Not sure... I can take my $3.50 and buy a 28 oz bag of Idaho Fries at Kroger for $2.80... and I promise they'll be way less soggy.

Not worth the price at all. I ordered a double M Burger, the truffle fries, and a milkshake from online and drove out to pick it up. The total for these three items was over 25 dollars.
The only thing that I would say was really good was the milkshake, which was delicious and had a great consistency and thickness. The burger was average at best, not to mention the two patties weren't cooked evenly. I'd ordered the burger cooked medium, and while one patty was cooked that way, the other one was undercooked and almost looked rare. The fries were terrible, they were soggy and flavorless.
The only circumstance I could ever see myself coming here again for is to get a shake, and that's the only reason I'm giving this place more than one star. The food is absolutely not worth the price tag. Overall, I don't recommend it.

We really enjoy coming to M Shack. My kiddos loves the burgers and fries. On this particular day the worker who is in charge of placing orders and picking up the phone does seem want to working at all. I tried calling 3 times to place an order but no one picked up. I though it would be super busy and that was the reason for not picking up. Once I arrived to restaurant it is obvious what the problem is. Not M shacks fault just wanted to inform owners about their employees. As an a fellow business owner I would want to know. Saturday, June 11 at 12 pm.

Decent burger. The Pattie’s didn’t cover the bun. Abd the Ketchup had an odd taste. I might go back. But I am still searching for a great burger nearby.

WOW!
THIS IS HOW THE RICH LIVE.
Just a average blue collar worker trying to get a bite.
$23.00 later...
Better burger at burger King! $10.00
No wonder nobody was in this place???
Crazy baby!

We have been to M Shack a few times and I know most people love it (I have a friend who tells me it is the best burger around). On this particular trip, I ordered the M Melt, which was a special menu item. It was their version of a patty melt (Grilled Rye, Burger Patty, Cheese, Bacon and Grilled Onions). It wasn't bad at all, I also ordered a side of fries. My wife ordered the M Shack Cheeseburger and a Bananas Foster Milkshake. I think they gave her the wrong shake since it looked and tasted just like a chocolate shake, unless the bananas foster shake uses chocolate ice cream as the base.
If I lived near M Shack, I would probably stop by once in a while, but in my personal opinion, I still prefer the burgers at the Loop, Jumpin Jax, BurgerFi and Taps. This doesn't mean I think M Shack isn't good and that I don't recommend it, I just personally prefer the burgers a little more at a few of the other places around town. You should still definitely give M Shack a try if you haven't been by.
