Cozy Cafe

I never have left a negative review for anywhere, but there is a first for everything. Been going to this place for a few years ,but today is the last time. Earlier I got food from there. The bagel nothing was wrong with it. Then there was my sandwich which was ordered by my mother over the phone for me. Then my mother went in to get the food and turns out they messed up my sandwich. Which isn’t a big deal. I then go inside and wait like everybody else. Once it was my turn I told them that my sandwich was wrong. They put bologna when it was supposed to be salami. It wouldn’t of been an issue if I wasn’t allergic to bologna. The lady at the cash register started getting all defensive saying that my mother said bologna when she didn’t she said salami and I was sitting right there when my mother ordered. She just kept going so I told the lady to please not argue with me. Then the two costumers behind me were sticking up for her even though she was picking an argument with someone way younger then her. So I ignored them, not a big deal. I told her that I also work in costumer service and she said that then I should know how to talk to people or whatever, I stopped listening at that point. I work for a restaurant and I’ve learned not to argue with them. They also weren’t using gloves and I saw one lady take something out of the fryer and put it in her mouth. By then I lost my appetite and threw out the sandwich when I got home. They really need to work on how to handle costumer service and basic work sanitation
