I tried cold stone for the first time a few weeks ago and a second time today and it was good, the same girl who helped me the first time was there again and she’s just so nice and patient.

Very friendly, hard working employees. Went Saturday night, they were pack but still had a friendly greeting and the services was unmatched. The two employees both had smiles the entire time. Great experience

Pariss was Amazing...... she was so polite. I didn’t feel rushed trying to chose my flavor and her customer service skills are on point. Definitely will be returning because of Pariss. She is a keeper and deserves a raise.

Great place. Once in a while they even have rum raisin icecream. They keep it in the back. You got to ask for it, if it is one you like.

We are not big on ice cream but we always make an exception for this place. Great atmosphere, incredible concoctions and the best are the people that work there. From the time you walk through the door till you leave, they have smiles on their faces and are friendly and professional.

Nice place , im a fan of cold stone , fresh, rich, tasty ice cream ! Servers are always nice and try to get you in and out . Servers are very nice and understanding when im indecisive about my ice cream and i sample them all !

This is my favorite ice cream shop for the past few years. Got introduced to them while in college and I'm sold on the idea of mix-ins. Their waffle bowls are amazingly fresh. You pick your base ice cream and mix in your favorites or use of their pre-determined favorites.

Next to Panera at Pompano center. The nicest servers snd tastiest ice cream. I admit that I have skipped the nuturest food at Panera at have the decadent ice cream at cold stone. My Cardiologist Doctor would shake his finger at me and say "Dummy don't you listen to your heart snd not to the 5 year old in your brain. Try the chocolate on chocolate ice cream.
