Just moved here and all the people in my building raved about this place so we tried it and it was great. Great food even better drinks and the staff were down right friendly. Definitely going back and I highly recommend it!

I was there with 2 good friends and we had a blast.. Really enjoyed Maggie as our bartender of course. The food was great as usual... This is the best place on the beach and has been for many years..

Shelby and Ryan are the best bartenders in Pompano, polite quick and cool. They know what they are doing and it’s a cool lil vibe there. Cheap drinks cool folks.

This is the coolest, cutest little bar! Absolutely love the atmosphere, location is perfect being in a mostly pedestrian traffic area right next to the beach. Whoever went ham on the nautical decor knocked it out of the park. Not a single boring spot to look at in there!
Ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls and they were fantastic and perfectly presented.
The musician in the back wasn't too loud, and filled the background noise with something agreeable to multiple generations (and was very good!).
Service was quick and amiable!

Nice divebar at the beach, serving good food and cols beers. You can sit outside with your pet and appreciate people passing by.

Fantastic spot that is well supported. The atmosphere was exceptional, live music every night. Sheppards pie was next level and good selection of local beer. Recommend
Yes yes yes! This bar is a carbon copy of the ones you will find in Ireland. They really do their best to keep Irish authenticity while catering to their American crowds. The food is very nice (specially their burgers) and you can't go wrong with a cold Guiness. Anyway consider stepping into Briny it’s a must.
Plus decor the decor is super intricate and they have live music.
Great Irish Pub. Fish n chips are a must try. I enjoyed the nofuss, bloody Mary. This drink is served with lemon and lime with 2 green olives. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon.
The drinks were on point, we got two of each. Also got a sampler that came with potato skins,mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders and fried fish. It was fire 🔥 we sat at the bar and the staff was really friendly. Will be coming back.

We ordered the Irish Egg Rolls and they were wonderful... must try. The Mahi tacos were pretty good as well.

3/5/23-Wow sat at bar w/Allison. Great service. I had the shepherds pie. It was so good meat to the mashed potatoes. It was really good. There was a nice thick brown gravy over the mashed potatoes . My husband went in an Irish pub, and he went with the fried fish sticks . He said they we . Really that’s all that matters.

Located east of A1A on Atlantic Blvd in Pompano, Briny Irish Pub is just across the local beach; so even when it is hot, there’s always a breeze helping a bit.
You can’t miss the long green roof; walk inside and it’s like a little magic world: decorations are all over the place, the ambiance is homey, warm and really picturesque. Sometimes at the end of bar they have some live music act.
The place looks a bit crammed, maybe because of its long and narrow shape, but more likely because it’s always packed. They clearly benefit from some casual beach-goers but they live mostly on regular customers coming back all the time.
The food is very good for a small pub; burgers are good and cooked as ordered, my wife had one of the best shepherd’s pie she ever tasted, according to her. Good choice of beers and a friendly service make it for a really nice stop, a place where to relax without pretentiousness but with good honest beer, food and service.
It’s a bit out of our way, but when we are back in the area we will visit again. It’s one of those small local places that are worth visiting and I like much, much more than the typical South Florida huge bar where space abounds but personality lacks.

We stopped in this Irish pub on a Sunday for dinner. The place was packed but we did find a couple of places at the bar, which is located at the center of the relatively small dining room.
The pub is located just across Pompano’s beach (parking was not easy to find!).
You can tell that it’s a very old building (apparently the pub is there since 1969); its décor inside is not the typical Irish one, it’s a beachside theme, but very beautiful nevertheless.
More importantly, the food was very good (I really enjoyed my Shepherd Pie) and they have a nice variety of beers.
The staff was very attentive and there was even live music that day.
I’m looking forward to going back!
This is my idea of a perfect bar. vintage Decor covers the walls and hangs from the ceiling. Lots of beer choices in this diver bar.
Great staff spoke with everyone who was there. Quick service at reasonable prices.

Traveled to Pompano Beach to eat at Briny Irish Pub, the brightness of the place added to the vibe, the ambiance, it was happening, live music was playing, excellent tunes. You could hear the bustle of the patrons having a good time, eating, enjoying the food, and drinks, beer. The bartenders were nonstop on the move. Was lucky to find a spot on the corner of the bar where i was approached by Jason the bartender. Excellent service, attentive, made suggestions eventho he was quite busy. I was in the mood for a margarita on the rocks, i know i know it's an Irish pub. It was delicious, matter of fact had a second one. Tried the New England clam chowder, yes here in Florida, and I've tried the soup in Maine, Boston, New Hampshire, and allow me to say it was excellent, not watery, good amount of clams in it, good size, all in a crock medium size, however, it was served with crackers. Tried a Chopped salad that had turkey, eggs, cucumbers, and then added Salmon to it. It was fresh, greens were crunchy in small pieces, and i didn't feel hungry after, it's enough for 2 people. I enjoyed the live music very much while eating. I'll say I'll comeback again to try other favorites such a good old cheeseburger with tator tots, or fish and chips or even the shepherd's pie. For now i can only share what i saw... but I'll be back with more pics. Excellent experience.

Laid back spot with awesome food. Everything is homemade and made with love. You can tell by the taste and quality. The sampler is delicious, must try! Drinks and happy hour is awesome! Daily food specials and live music. Bartenders and staff are all really nice and attentive. I'm a local and these places are hard to find. My husband and I visit every other week and tried a bunch of different options on the menu, all delicious.
