The manager and the staffs are very friendly and helpful, It is Cuban restaurant, I order black bean and rice for appetizer, actually i should order it as side dish, It is good but easily to full your stomach, for main dish i order sea bass, my sister order salmon, both taste real good.

Food is bland not very flavorful. Be careful of split fees which the waiter did not tell us about but it was a $7 charge for our dish . View is nice but food and service are mediocre
