Pizza Hut

I normally order from Stuthers but I'm working in Poland so had no choice. I ordered the Honey BBQ sandwich and Supremo sandwich. The bbq had no ranch and barely any bbq sauce and the lettuce looked like it came from the salad bar. The Supremo one is burnt and barely has anything on it. I got one ketchup for 2 separate orders. I have never had an issue like this at the one I normally go to and I'll never go here again!!!

Had the Wednesday buffet. It was horrible. Service was non existent. Everyone in the back of the kitchen was just standing there doing nothing to help out. No manager. Several tables left due to nothing on the buffet. No refills till we asked. No clean plates. A absolutely terrible visit!!! Definitely not recommended at all!!!

I love this Pizza Hut! It's locally owned and has a great local sports decor inside. We go for the buffet which is a great value for a family. I think I want pizza now that I'm writing this...hmm...Pizza. The have beer too, if you want it, and a salad bar, which is included in the price of their buffet.

We have had it with this location, it has been going downhill for a few years. Didn't think it could get any worse than our last order which took 2 hours to get to us (they gave us a coupon for a free pizza for that one). Placed another online order today and 2 hours later still no food (I was laying flooring and was nowhere near my phone). I called and they informed me they did not have a delivery driver and they tried to call to tell me that, and that they basically just cancelled our order. I was then told they could make the order and we could pick it up if we wanted, and being that I was in the middle of a project, starving, and didn't want to deal with ordering from somewhere else, I agreed. My husband went to pick up the order and came back home, only to find out the order was wrong! We were missing the wings and 2 orders of cheese sticks. What the actual he**? I called again and was offered a credit for a future order. That's all fine and dandy, but didn't do much for us today and we weren't about to drive back there again, especially when we shouldn't have had to drive there in the first place. I would think with today's technology, they would have a way to state on the website that there are no deliveries today instead of letting your customers just assume when they place an order, they're going to get it!
