Review Carmellas Italian Eatery - Poland

Called ahead to ask about reservations, the lady I spoke with was very friendly and made reservation. When we got there they were very friendly and personal. Waiter was Mason and he did a great job waiting on us . I am pretty sure it was the female owner but she was often checking in on us and making sure we were good. Food was phenomenal and affordable for 5 people at a nice Italian restaurant. Was able to catch our movie after too. Will definitely be back again. Than

A group of 6 of us went on a Monday night. My first time here. The food was excellent and the patio and weather was great. Everything we all got was perfect.

ALWAYS great food and service. The food is homemade and delicious! Can’t wait to try the new menu items. The Hungarian hot pepper sandwich and risotto is amazing.

Charming Italian restaurant. Salmon is good but the eggplant Parmesan is excellent. My husband got the grouper and crab cake tonight, he was so happy with it. We really loved our server. He was extremely sweet and was very good with our two little girls. He made so many accommodations and was very hands on. Carmela’s is definitely a gem because of the food but their staff is what makes this place next level.

Our waitress was phenomenal! We got the crab cake appetizer and it was delightful. We got the haddock francaise (sp?) It was delightfully buttery, the pasta side was amazing and the fish was flaky and tender. The sauteed shrimp pasta was phenomenal (almost forgot to take a pic). The wine was delicious, and the desert was delightful. Key lime cheesecake. We will definitely be back. This was my first experience at this restaurant and I loved it.

My steak with shrip was absolutely delicious. I get food from here all the time and everytime its perfect.

This is real Italian! Traditional family recipes and modern twist on classic dishes give variety for your pallet! The stuffed banana peppers are a summertime favorite!! Staff is on it!!

Hostess could be more welcoming and efficient. Took a while for server to come to the table but was good after waited on. Food is good but not great. Space is small so louder guests can be annoying.

I so want to give them 5 stars, but the last few times we've been there has been disappointing. The Calamari was just plain mushy. Hubs ordered a Ceasar salad with salmon. Salmon was cooked to perfection, but dressing was more vinegar like, and didn't compliment the salad very well. I had a shaved beef sandwich with mozzarella and it was average. Maybe a few more spices or something to jazz it up? Chicken here is always tender, and Alfredo is amazing. Stark contrast between lunch and dinner menu and preparation. Would definitely recommend for dinner. Lunch? Not so much.

What a cute place and delicious food. Me and husband came here for a semi-casual dinner. My husband ordered shrimp with linguini, I ordered eggplant stuffed with ricotta parm. Delicious. Another reviewer gave this place a 1 star which I was shocked about saying the sauce tasted like store bought marinara- not true, it was better for sure. The salad was good, bread was good, dinner was good. The ambiance was nice and quaint. A cute Italian cafe for dinner. Plus our service was great. We had a young man who was training and a wonderful woman who was assisting. They were attentive to me and were continuously kind. Me and my husband have found our new little spot in town.

Best dining experience in a while! The beef and fish were prepared extraordinarily and most delectable! Our server Kathy was very attentive to assuring we were completely satisfied with this wonderful meal! Great value as well!

The food was great. The service was great! They were so accommodating and patient with my husband who has had a stroke and is in a wheelchair. We will be back!

I stopped in here on my way home from a long day to order some take out. I was directed to the bar to order. The bartenders were friendly and outgoing. I decided to have a drink while i waited. No watered down mixed drinks here! I was checked on while I waited and the environment was pleasant and cozy. They thanked me warmly for stopping in and I almost wanted to stay and eat at the bar because they were so great! When I got home and ate my stuffed eggplant parm.....Amazing!!!! Loved this place and will be going back!!!
